Century Properties HQ eases into the new normal with health and safety protocols for employees
The Century Properties headquarters in Makati eased into the Modi ed Enhanced Community Quarantine with proper health and safety protocols for its personnel. The company's Human Resources Department created a Viber Community for employees to share updates and valuable tips. Masks, face shields, and hygiene kits were distributed to returning employees. Proper social distancing markers were put in place and a health response team is on standby for urgent medical concerns. Shuttle service units are available to bring employees to key points of the city. Zoom/teleconferencing rooms have been increased for contactless meetings as well.
Paci c Star Building now fully equipped with UV disinfection systems
As the lockdown in Metro Manila slowly eases and employees go back to work, ensuring occupational safety in buildings have become more critical than ever.
Century Properties Management, Inc. (CPMI) has put in place proper equipment and systems at the Paci c Star Building in Makati for the health and safety of building tenants, workers, and sta . UV disinfection chambers are being used in entrances and key points in the building to kill harmful microbiological agents and airborne contaminants. Some of the systems are equipped with thermal scanning, ionizers that charge the air with negative ions and remove harmful microbes and odors, and infrared-enabled, automated sanitizer dispenser. This is on top of the standard safety procedures being implemented in the building.

More stores have opened at Century City Mall since May 18 as Metro Manila eases into the Modi ed Enhanced Community Quarantine. On top of temperature checks and installing visual cues for social distancing, Century City Mall ground oor entrances are now equipped with UV and ionizing chambers called Airlocks Disinfection Entrance System, while basement parking entrances now have FAR-UV-enabled lamps to ensure safe disinfection.
