In the early 1920’s she won a national beauty contest (organised by the Daily Mail?)” By then the family had retired and removed to Redlands, Bristol COUNTY LIBRARY Neyland on Old Postcards. Fenton describes Neyland in 1810 and Samuel Lewis describes rural Llanstadwell in1833. Hazelbeach mill was once owned by W Robertson of Hazel Hill House. (see above sale by order of High Court judge. The corn mill (or does he mean only the steam mill? was there no earlier mill? there was certainly a mill pond; did a steam mill need this?) Mill House was puchased by a grocer and businessman from Neyland named Rees whose son Noel and daughter-in-law Brenda live there.
