Tạp chí Khoa học ĐHQGHN: Khoa học Tự nhiên và Công nghệ, Tập 33, Số 4 (2017) 94-99 Kết quả nghiên cứu thành phần loài động vật đáy khu vực ven biển tỉnh Thái Bình Ngô Xuân Nam* Viện Sinh thái và Bảo vệ Công trình, Viện Khoa học Thủy lợi Việt Nam, 267 Chùa Bộc, Hà Nội, Việt Nam Nhận ngày 26 tháng 9 năm 2017 Chỉnh sửa ngày 30 tháng 9 năm 2017; Chấp nhận đăng ngày 20 tháng 10 năm 2017 Tóm tắt: Kết quả khảo sát, điều tra tại khu vực ven biển tỉnh Thái Bình theo 2 đợt vào tháng 6 và tháng 10 năm 2014 đã ghi nhận 72 loài động vật đáy thuộc 56 giống, 33 họ, 14 bộ, 4 lớp (Gastropoda, Bivalvia, Crustacea, Polychaeta), 3 ngành (Mollusca, Arthropoda, Annelida). Trong đó, ngành Thân mềm (Mollusca) có số loài nhiều nhất với 46 loài, chiếm 63,8%, ngành Giun đốt (Annelida) có số loài ít nhất với 3 loài, chiếm 4,3%. Mật độ động vật đáy trung bình tại các điểm thu mẫu tại khu vực ven biển tỉnh Thái Bình dao động từ 17 - 420 cá thể/m2. Chỉ số đa dạng Shannon-Weiner (H’) trung bình tại các điểm thu mẫu dao động trong khoảng từ 2,13 - 3,63. Từ khóa: Động vật đáy, Shannon-Weiner, chỉ số đa dạng sinh học, ven biển, tỉnh Thái Bình. 1. Journal of Coastal Deveolpment ISSN : 1410-5217 Volume 11, Number 2, February 2008 : 89-96 ECOLOGICAL ENERGETICS OF TROPICAL LIMPET Cellana testudinaria (Linnaeus, 1758) LIVING ON THE ROCKY SHORE OF OHOIWAIT, SOUTHEAST MOLUCCAS, INDONESIA Abraham Seumel Khouw Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Pattimura University, Ambon Indonesia Received : November, 2, 2007 ; Accepted :January,4, 2008 ABSTRACT Study on ecological energetics of tropical limpet C. testudinaria has been carried out at approximately one year from October 2001 to September 2002. Population energy budgets estimated on the assumption of steady state conditions for C. testudinaria (Linnaeus, 1758) on the rocky shore of Ohoiwait, are presented. Large difference in population structure, and hence energetics, occurred at different localities along the rocky shore. Relatively high proportions (98 %) of the assimilated energy was lost via metabolism. Assimilation efficiency is 39 %, net growth efficiency is 1.8 %, and ecological efficiency 0.3 %. Production (P), energy flow (A) and total energy consumption (C) were expressed as functions of animal size, in order to facilitate gross estimations of the energy component for which data on size frequency and density are available. Poppe INTRODUCTION The publication of Philippine Marine Mollusks, Volumes 1 to 4 has been a revelation to the conchological community. Apart from being the delight of collectors, the PMM started a new way of layout and publishing - followed today by many authors. Internet technology has allowed more than 50 experts worldwide to work on the collection that forms the base of the 4 PMM books. This expertise, together with modern means of identification has allowed a quality in determinations which is unique in books covering a geographical area. Our Volume 1 was published only 9 years ago: in 2008. Since that time “a lot” has changed. Finally, after almost two decades, the digital world has been embraced by the scientific community, and a new generation of young scientists appeared, well acquainted with text processors, internet communication and digital photographic skills. Museums all over the planet start putting the holotypes online – a still ongoing process – which saves taxonomists from huge confusion and “guessing” about how animals look like. Initiatives as Biodiversity Heritage Library made accessible huge libraries to many thousands of biologists who, without that, were not able to publish properly. The process of all these technological revolutions is ongoing and improves taxonomy and nomenclature in a way which is unprecedented. All this caused an acceleration in the nomenclatural field: both in quantity and in quality of expertise and fieldwork. The above changes are not without huge problematics. Many studies are carried out on the wide diversity of these problems and even books are written on the subject. -

Ilhéus-Itabuna, Km 16, CEP 45650-900, Ilhéus, BA, Brazil *e-mail: [email protected]; [email protected] Received April 4, 2010 – Accepted August 19, 2010 – Distributed 31 August, 2011 (With 13 figures) Abstract The aim of this study was to characterize the reproductive cycle of Anomalocardia brasiliana, typical of the estuarine region of the Cachoeira River, Ilhéus, Bahia, Brazil. For this purpose, 20 specimens were collected biweekly between August 2005 and August 2006 on an intertidal bank (14° 48’ 23” S and 39° 02’ 47” W). The animals were measured on the anteroposterior axis (length), examined macroscopically and removed from the shell and fixed in Davidson’s solution. Subsequently, the tissues were impregnated in paraffin, cut into 7 mm sections and stained with Harris hematoxylin and eosin (HE). The slides were examined under a light microscope. The water temperature at the site ranged from 24 to 30.5 °C (mean: 27.4 °C; SD ± 1.9), salinity from zero to 23 (mean: 13.7; SD ± 7.5) and rainfall from 28.3 mm to 248.8 mm monthly (yearly mean: 130 mm). The sample (n = 478) showed a sex ratio (M: F) of 1: 1.2 (p < 0.05) and no cases of hermaphroditism. There was no sexual dimorphism. Males and females showed reproductive synchrony. The reproductive cycle was continuous, with releases of gametes mainly in spring, summer and autumn. -
