Kata Pengantar KATA PENGANTAR Puji syukur kepada Allah SWT atas segala anugrah dan hikmatNya, sehingga Tugas Akhir ini dapat diselesaikan. Tugas Akhir dengan judul “STRATEGI PENEMPATAN TENANT PADA MALL DI JAKARTA” ini ditujukan untuk memenuhi sebagian persyaratan akademik guna memperoleh gelar Pascasarjana Magister Manajemen Universitas Pelita Harapan. Penulis menyadari bahwa tanpa bimbingan, bantuan, dan doa dari berbagai pihak, Tugas Akhir ini tidak akan dapat diselesaikan tepat pada waktunya. Apartemen merupakan tempat tinggal suatu bangunan bertingkat yang lengkap dengan ruang duduk, kamar tidur, dapur, ruang makan, jamban, dan kamar mandi yang terletak pada satu lantai, bangunan bertingkat yang terbagi atas beberapa tempat tinggal. Since there are not many nice open air public places that are served by Municipality of Jakarta, and on the other side many new shopping centers grow in Jakarta with fresh idea, unique concept, and much more facilities for every types of inhabitants (family, single, pairs, teenagers, children, senior citizen), so that most Jakarta’s inhabitant choose shopping center as their new vacation destination on weekend.
