2011-2013: Head of Fleet Operations Red Funnel Group Responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of a fleet of roll on / roll off passenger ferries and Hi-Speed passenger craft.

2007-2011: Fleet Manager ,DPA and CSO RCL (UK) Ltd  Reporting to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, responsible for the general management and marine strategic development of RCL (UK) Ltd, a UK Tonnage Tax operating subsidiary of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.  Key Achievements included the expansion of the Fleet operated under the UK, including multi brand operation.  Promotion of the UK office as a European hub of Maritime excellence, incorporating European New Build activities and EMEA Hotel and Marketing Operations.  Promotion and development of an integrated and multi-branded situation response and support system within the EMEA region.  Promotion and development of a multi –branded, cross departmental port evaluation and product definition team within the EMEA region.
