SPEAKER Dr. Ibadullaha, Parliamentary Secretary for Planning, Development and Reforms informed the Chair that the Ministry did not give proper reply for the Question No. 241 (By Ms. Naseema Hafeez Panezai, MNA). Mr. Speaker observed and directed to AD Planning (who was sitting in the Official Gallery) to call the Secretary, Planning immediately and meet in his Chamber for clarification.
