Question Nos. 95, 31 and 37 were transferred to States and Frontier Regions Division, Establishment Division and Planning, Development and Reform Division, respectively, for answer on next rota day. Question No. 241 was deferred for next rota day. Reply of Question No. 102 was not received.

OBSERVATION MADE BY MR. SPEAKER

Dr. Ibadullaha, Parliamentary Secretary for Planning, Development and Reforms informed the Chair that the Ministry did not give proper reply for the Question No. 241 (By Ms. Naseema Hafeez Panezai, MNA). Mr. Speaker observed and directed to AD Planning (who was sitting in the Official Gallery) to call the Secretary, Planning immediately and meet in his Chamber for clarification.

5. MINISTER-IN-CHARGE OF CABINET Each clause was submitted to the Assembly and SECRETARIAT, to move that the Bill stood part of the Bill. further to amend the National School of Public Policy Ordinance, 2002 [The National School of Public Policy Bill passed. (Amendment) Bill, 2017], be passed.

6. ENGR. , Mr. Zahid Hamid, Minister for Law and Justice on Minister for Commerce to move that behalf of Engr. Khurram Dastgir Khan, Minister for the Bill to provide for the regulation of Commerce moved the Motion which was adopted. the business of marine insurance [The Marine Insurance Bill, 2017], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

Mr. Sajid Ahmed, MNA alongwith all members belonging to MQM staged a Token walk-out as a protest against the worst load-shedding in Karachi (K-Electric).
