Own Worst Enemy President Donald Trump recently tweeted he has complete power to pardon. Why he even brings this up is beyond me. Nobody has of yet found any crime committed by him and probably never will. The Fake News media may be talking foolishly about impeach- ment, as are some whacko progressive liberal types in and out of public offi ce. Sit back wait for the investigations to run their course. That is still a long highway exit away. Meanwhile, however, I do not believe a president can ever pardon himself. Even President Nixon received his pardon from President Gerald Ford after he left offi ce in disgrace back on August 9, 1974. Don’t even bring up the subject. It only feeds the Fake News peddlers into talking more nonsense. S.C.
