Constituency Annual Dinner Over eighty members came together at the Royal Hotel, Winchester for the Annual Dinner in October. Guest speaker was Baroness Celia Thomas, a founding member of the local Winchester Liberal Party in the 1960s. From 1977 to 2005 she worked in the Liberal Democrat’s Whips Office in the House of Lords and has been head of that office for the past eight years and is an expert on procedure in the House of Lords. She is also the Chair of the Keynes Forum and a member of the Advisory Board for the Centre Forum. The dinner raised £400 for party funds.
