BC ARTIST HIGHLIGHT : BRUCE’S CORNER REAR VIEW MIRROR Happy New Year and I hope you all had a great Christmas.

As this is the beginning of a new year, it is time again to review resolutions. Last year didn’t work out the way I had hoped as far as resolutions. As much as I would like to come up with a really good excuse, like obstacles which worked counter-productively to my efforts, the truth is, I forgot. This year I’m going in a different direction. First off, I’m going to put on 20 pounds. I bet I could complete that in a month. I’m also going to watch more tv. I don’t really think I drink enough either. I figure that this is a win/win resolution. The joy and pride I will have when I accomplish my resolutions for probably the first time in my life is obviously a win and if I am not successful, I must be healthier.

2018 wasn’t a bad year, I guess. There were some real lows but the highs were really good. But in the end, it was a fairly important year in my life. I believe I left 2018 positively and look forward to whatever life should throw at me.

Rear View Mirror is a six piece band covering rock ‘n roll I hope it throws some good live music at me for sure. In the last month of the year, I saw Elvis classics from past and present, from AC/DC to ZZ Top & Costello live as well as an incredible Eagles cover band at the Blue Frog studios. For 2019, I plenty in between including likes of 54-40, Black Keys, have tickets to see ELO and Mark Knopfler, and then, a friend invited me to go see Bob Seger Doobie Brothers, Elton John, Steve Miller Band, Tom with her in February. All good, but frankly, I hope there are not many other shows, as it is Petty, Tragically Hip & many more. expensive.
