Australia’s most well-known artists have long been romanced by the history and picturesque scenery of the Mornington Peninsula including Arthur Streeton, Louis Buvelot, Eugene von Guérard, Fred Williams and Albert Tucker. Located in the heart of the region, Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery embraces this history and presents traditional and contemporary art in all its forms. MPRG-curated exhibitions often explore the distinctive coastal environment and feature works by Australian artists with a connection to the Mornington Peninsula.
