MAJOR INFORMATION Computer Engineering integrates the fields of computer science and electrical engineering to develop hardware and software. Computer engineers have training in electrical engineering, software design, and hardware-software integration and are thusly involved in many hardware and software aspects of computing from the design of individual microcontrollers, microprocessors, personal computers, and supercomputers, to circuit design.
