Assess femoral A-P size, location of joint line and stem offset position.

Remove A-P cutting block. Place the 120mm trial stem and trial stem connection rod in the canal. Ream using counterbore reamer assembly. (Note: Set counterbore bushing on femur.) Slide valgus guide 3 assembly over the reamer and lock in Assemble femoral trial and adjust the 8 position. Resect the offset coupler (if used) to predetermined distal femur. Make position. Insert the trial assembly into distal wedge cuts the femoral canal. if desired.

9 Select appropriate 12 size A-P femoral 11 o’clock cutting block and offset collet (2, 4 or 6mm) to get 4 optimal coverage. Note the clock position. Use pins 9 3 to hold the cutting block in position. (Note: tibial spacer blocks are available in set) 6 Select appropriate sized femoral trial cam module and insert into femoral trial box. Make AP and chamfer cuts. (Note: Use distal 10 shims to correctly position block. If used, posterior 5 chamfer cut is not required.)

Attach housing resection collet and prepare housing box using reamer and box chisel.
