Dimitrova S. Kamyshinsky Technological Institute (Branch) Of Dimitrova S. Kamyshinsky Technological Institute (branch) of Volgograd State University, Kamyshin, Russia ROLE OF ACTIONS AND DEEDS IN MODERN LIFE. Investigation of two kinds of activity – action and behavior are carried out in this work. The level of action technical skill and high degree of effectiveness become the condition for recognition of the necessity of action role limitation. Desire for reaching goal subordinates people forcing them as a matter of fact to serve the goal. Overcoming of alienation, acquisition of personality being is possible while fulfilling an action. Fundamental essence of behavior is its position beyond cause-effect relationship. The action occurred is a shaped being. Its formation has become possible owing to «specific personality efforts» allowing a person to leave the boundaries of empirical existence. Consciousness of behavior neither excludes existing meanings nor relies on them. Existential position actualized in behavior conditions opportunities for coexistence, interaction of various meanings and ways of understanding. Initial conditions for cognitive, moral and aesthetic values are created from the start in behavior. Values in behavior neither result from successful actions nor appear in the process of somebody else’s experience generalization. A person must have opportunities for evaluating what is going on proceeding from personal moral responsibility rather than following settled values. From one hand a person is responsible in front of the world for not actualizing personal characteristics thereby depriving it of certain conditions and features. From the other hand by being «an initiator», a creator of manifestation of something different a person accepts laws of actualized existence and is responsible for it. The analysis of contemporary forms of instability indicates that "in front of us waiting for a lot of flexibility, most risk-taking and greater vulnerability" [1, p. 117]. There is a "... deep uncertainty and softness" of the world: in it, anything can happen and everything can be done, but nothing can be done once and for all. The objectivity of these characteristics confirms the everyday experience of people. Uncertainty is ubiquitous, it is prevalent in the social as well as in everyday reality. People living some "segments" of his life, feeling "tired" by quick change of social situations and losing effective desire for freedom, for any additional rights and freedoms reinforce the already considerable uncertainty and insecurity. Eliminate the uncertainty can only ultimately minimizing objective, abandoning the struggle for economic and social well-being. Characteristics of modern life have found their vivid, imaginative reflection in the works of postmodernists assert that came the "era of emptiness", "the era of narcissism," the rule of "consumer culture" (G. Lipovetsky, S. Zizek, P. Kozlowski) [7, 4, 6]. Contrasting the act (as a genuine kind of activity), you must specify the action on the level and type of its reasonableness. First of all, it should be noted that the act substantiate the acts of consciousness that enable a person to understand their own authorship and responsibility for everything done. While, intentional self-directed, provides a "material", a set of values to people gained the opportunity to carry out a genuine activity, in which the personal being updated The object of consciousness becomes the identity, action and consciousness. "The man has a consciousness of its consciousness, and thus consciousness is conscious of its beingness and its actions in the act" [5, p. 102]. Using the self- correlation of the act occurs with personality. Man realizes that he commits this act of free will and takes responsibility for the moral value of its activity. The reasonableness of the act excludes the absolute epistemological values, based on other forms of understanding. It is important to emphasize that other forms of understanding are not intended to completely eliminate and renounce previous forms of understanding. To achieve understanding in the modern world must be coexistence, interaction of different meanings. One of the characteristics of modern life is that man can not follow a single trunk line of development. People living in the XXI century, are in such conditions under which the following common ideals, the establishment of universal standards of conduct, promotion of certain criteria, the application and development of common strategies is not possible. The problem of finding new forms of understanding, of course, related to the search of other (including the opposite goal-oriented rational action) forms of activity. It is important to realize that the search and resolution of these problems do not apply only to the field of theoretical, philosophical, they (these problems) were given the status of vital and their solution is possible only in the individual effort of each individual. The paradox of modern life is that, on the one hand, the individual passionately committed to the intellectual comfort, producing a variety of mechanisms of "escape from freedom"; from the creation of the miracle and, as a consequence of the responsibility. On the other hand, from the daily, hourly making a single person depends on the definition of development paths not only their own lives, but the fate of continued existence, determining the forms of existence of culture. However, most people are seeking to find a way to formulate a definite purpose, which will allow traffic to fill life with meaning and substance. Human desire to find the principle of the development is great, which will make the basis for important decisions, determine the path of development, in short, will help streamline our lives and free them from personal liability. However, the modern realities of life require the extension of individual responsibility (which the person seeks to "narrow", referring to the impact of various external factors: heredity, environmental conditions, on the decline of morals and so on). The feature of life of modern people is that he can no longer live in a world of values, it dwells in the world of senses. And this is connected not only with the desire of man, but with the inability to live and to keep the objectivity of values. The only thing a responsible consciousness is a necessary condition, in which perhaps not a mechanical unification, and realization of the unity of life and cultural worlds in their entirety. Thus, clarifying, defining the essential features of action, we note that in this form of activity a person does not guided by values (regulatory principles), committing an act, a person sets a specific field of meanings. This kind of setting is possible due to the retention of the absoluteness of each of the senses and the personality development of special forms of semantic interoperability. The conclusion of this article is to identify the essential characteristics of the act. Firstly, responsibility, obliging to realize the uniqueness of personal being. Committing the act leads to the emergence of a new reality, causes a transition to the segment of life, the value of which is that its creator is the man himself. As the creator of a new reality, a person is responsible before the world for its existence. If a person does not want to bear the "burden" that it can not be realized as a person, at the same time, depriving the world of unique manifestations of new forms of life. Secondly, the action is to be regarded as a condition of existence of integrity. The implementation of action - this is the final accomplishment of something, "a comprehensive final conclusion." The act once and for all claims the uniqueness of a new life, where theoretical importance, the "historical factuality", "emotional and volitional act" in harmony, without prejudice to, and complementing each other. Thirdly, the act of self-determined, it does not imply the freedom to choose different strategies of behavior. Accomplishment action only possible, in a unique way, it is inherent in the individual. Act - is the activity, due to a sense of duty. An illustration of the act can be described Mamardashvili moral state - conscience, does not leave a man no choice, "the voice of conscience is unambiguous, can not escape from it" [8, p. 103]. Fourth, the meaning of the act is the creation of a new reality, a superior in content validity, consisting of empirical facts. Act - an act of creation, actualizes the underlying foundation of personal existence. The act serves the basis for the new cognitive and moral frames of reference. Thus, in the act of freedom appears, allowing to be born of genuine thoughts, values, enabling a person to find the meaning of his own existence. The act is opposed to the target action as freedom based. Only once free, a person can strive to achieve goals or to abandon them, to be active or to remain inactive. In our view, modern man can position itself as having the freedom to follow the wording "can - and should not" give up the position, "and I want to reach." .

Subject Editor: Lauri Kaila. Abstract. Faunistic records additional to the recently published lists of Bombycoidea and Noctuoidea of the South Ural Mountains (Nupponen & Fibiger 2002, 2006) are presented, as well as some interesting records from the North Urals and the Lower Volga region. The material in the southern Urals was collected during 2006-2010 in six different expeditions, in North Ural in 2003 and 2007, and in the Lower Volga region in 2001, 2002, 2005, and 2006 in four expeditions. Four species are reported for the first time from Europe: Dichagyris latipennis (Piingeler, 1909), Pseudohermonassa melancholica (Lederer, 1853), Spae- lotis deplorata (Staudinger, 1897), and Xestia albonigra (Kononenko, 1981). Fourteen species are reported for the first time from the southern Urals. Altogether, records of 68 species are reported, including a few corrections to the previous articles. Further illustrations and notes on some poorly known taxa are given. Introduction The fauna of Bombycoidea and Noctuoidea of the southern Ural Mountains has been studied intensely since 1996, and the results of the research during 1996-2005 were published by Nupponen & Fibiger (2002, 2006). Since 2005, several further expedi- tions were made to the Urals by the first author.

How to use the Atlas The Atlas has two map sections The Main Section shows the location of Russia’s intact forest landscapes. The Thematic Section shows their tree species composition in two different ways. The legend is placed at the beginning of each set of maps. If you are looking for an area near a town or village Go to the Index on page 153 and find the alphabetical list of settlements by English name. The Cyrillic name is also given along with the map page number and coordinates (latitude and longitude) where it can be found. Capitals of regions and districts (raiony) are listed along with many other settlements, but only in the vicinity of intact forest landscapes. The reader should not expect to see a city like Moscow listed. Villages that are insufficiently known or very small are not listed and appear on the map only as nameless dots. If you are looking for an administrative region Go to the Index on page 185 and find the list of administrative regions. The numbers refer to the map on the inside back cover. Having found the region on this map, the reader will know which index map to use to search further. If you are looking for the big picture Go to the overview map on page 35. This map shows all of Russia’s Intact Forest Landscapes, along with the borders and Roman numerals of the five index maps. If you are looking for a certain part of Russia Find the appropriate index map. These show the borders of the detailed maps for different parts of the country.
