District' at an estimated cost of Rs. 7,01,39,202.00 (Rupees Seven Crore One Lakh Thirty Nine Thousand Two Hundred &:: T \\'0) only as per details shown in Annexure' I' The work will be executed by the Engineering wing of District Health &;r,Family Welfare Samity, South 24 Pgs. in conformity with the norms prescribed in Finance Department G.O. No. 5400- F(Y) Dated. 25/0611012 read with G.O No. 3060- F(Y) Dated. 11/0712014. 3. Fund will be released after submission of requisition of fund along with the statement of work awarded cost for each facility in favour of District Health &, Family Welfare Samity, South 24 Pgs. as the implementing agency. -l. The released ,-U110untshall be treated as a pool fund for the said activity. S. The expenditure shall be booked in the monthly FtvIR ts: will be submitted to this end in due course. 6. No price escalation will be allowed in any circumstances. 7. No other work will be taken up or implemented other than the actual sanctioned scheme. 8. The work will be completed within two months from the date of issuance of this order. 9. State TeU11 will make periodical onsite visits to review the progress of the work ts: check the quality of work being implemented. 10. The charge is debitable Irom the NHM Flexi-pool 2019-2020 under the head of Accounts "Infrastructure Strengthening of SCs to HWCs" [Tally AIC Head - B.04.01.07.01] 11. Senior Accounts Officer, National Health Mission will be the drawing and disbursing officer in this respect after submission of requisition of fund by DHF\VS, South 1-+ Pgs. 12.
