HINT: You can try to cut the tissue paper into specific sections or just TISSUE PAPER VERSION randomly apply the paper. Don’t worry about the paper folding or overlapping. ITEMS NEEDED: it will look neat on the finished craft. • Print out the tissue paper guide page. (See final example) (If you don’t have a printer center the image on your computer screen and trace the image to the paper.)

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Print out the tissue paper guide page.

Step 2: Cut strips from the construction paper. (these can vary in thickness)

Step 3: Glue the strips together following the guide page. (Be careful not to glue your black strips to the guide page. Take your time. Don’t worry about glue getting on both sides of your project. You won’t notice it on the final craft.) Finished front view Step 4: Attach the string to top of the paper frame. You can make a frame from popsicle sticks if you like.
