We hope that you will enjoy working through the questions and there will be a prize for the winner. The closing date for entries is Tuesday 5 January 2021 at 12.00 noon. Please encourage friends and family to take part. A minimum donation of £2 is requested towards our AV & New Organ fund. Payment may be made in one of the following ways: a.Bank – Natwest Acc.No. 01030116 Sort Code. 54-10-27 Please include your surname as a reference. b.Cheque – Please make your cheque out to Ashley Methodist Church and post it to Ashley Methodist Church, c/o Broadacres, Wesleyan Road, Ashley TF9 4JT c.Cash payment – Please put your donation in a sealed envelope marked ‘Christmas Quiz’, and place in the container provided inside Ashley Methodist Church. (NB. This can only be done if you attend the building for worship in December.) 3.Answers – The answers to the quiz will be available on the church website from Tuesday 29 December www.ashleymethodist.co.uk 4.Marking – If possible please ask someone to mark your quiz, rather than mark it yourself. 5.Total – If your final total is 40 or more, please email your score to [email protected] by Tuesday 5 January at 12.00 noon. 6.Prize – The winner will receive a gift token. In the event of there being more than one person with the highest total, the tie break question will be used to decide the winner. 7.Winner - The name of the winner will be published in the weekly notice sheet and on the church website.
