We take great pleasure to be able to invite you the 14th London International Open Taekwondo championship On November 21st 2010. At the prestigious K2 Centre. A train ride away from the heart of central London.

Last year’s event saw some of the UKs finest players competing against teams from Nigeria, Spain, Malta, Holland and 25 other countries for the converted team trophy.

Over 650 competitors took part in the last event at the K2 the British International Open.

The competition has a poomse and sparring section and is suitable for A, B and C class players. So your whole team can get the valuable experience of competing at a top level International championship.

The nearest airport is Gatwick which is 4 - 6 miles from the venue and close to very affordable hotels within 2 miles of the Stadium and close to Crawley town centre..

Area Six 8 x 8competition areas Medical Cover Doctor, First Aid, Sports Therapist Physio (Therapist & Physio may make a nominal charge) Rules W.T.F. full contact competition rules apply. Instructors will be Responsible for the behaviour of their students. Competitors must be covered for insurance purposes through their Tae Kwon Do Association. Protection All competitors must provide their own equipment. The following protection must be worn: Body Protector, Head Guard, Groin Guard, Shin guards (no instep), forearm guards, gloves and Mouth Guard. Arbitration The decision of the judge is final. Any appeal must be supported by a £25.00 / €35 Euros fee. Refundable if successful.

Weigh-in Saturday 4 -7pm Sunday 7.00 –8.30 am Pewees and Cadets. 8.30 – 9.45am Juniors and Seniors. There is a £10 charge to change weight categories. So please be accurate. Coaches or an appointed person must attend the weigh in. Fight cards will not be given out individually. Weights cannot be changed on the Sunday weigh in. Players will be removed from the draw without a refund.
