CHEN CHAO PAO’S PAINTING COLLECTION The Community Services Center is pleased to exhibit paintings by the renowned artist Chen Chao Pao. On loan from Faye Angevine’s Baiwin collection, Chen is recognized for combining his ancient Chinese splash brush technique and Western painting skills. These techniques are a new form of expression and subject matter for ink and water paintings. His work is highly sought after at auctions worldwide.
