Brådskande i Rikets intressen: Patricia HUSSON, Ryssland och Regeringskansliet

Till dig Fredrik Reinfeldt, Sveriges statsminister, vill jag ett par dagar innan valdagen den 14 september 2014 och med anledning av att du i ett brevutskick bett mig om både hjälp och pengar meddela följande: några pengar blir det inte, men konstruktiv hjälp vill jag i alla fall ge dig och hoppas att du gör någonting klokt av den medans tid är.

Jag har skrivit till dig förr i samma ärende men sedan dess har situationen förvärrats avsevärt.

Sveriges konsul i Monaco, PATRICIA HUSSON, är milt uttryckt en ovärdig representant för vårt land. Trots många varningar och framlagda bevis om vilken katastrofal representant hon är för Sverige , så har hon sin titel kvar. Du är högste chef för denna monegaskiska dam och du bör vid det här laget, både genom mig och dina anställda vid Justitiedepartementet, känna till att hon ställt sig bakom flerfaldiga olagligheter som drabbat oss svenskar. Hon är rådgivare år prins Albert II och hon är anmäld för de grövsta brott som Monacos brottsbalk har på straffskalan. Men hon går fri, därför att hon har de rätta kontakterna. I Monaco. Tydligen dessutom vid ditt Regeringskansli har det visat sig.

Därför skall det till en utredning.

Vad är det för hemliga affärer Sverige har med Monaco?

Har Statsministern ännu inte insett hur skadligt det är för Sveriges trovärdighet när sanningen om Madame Patricia HUSSON , Sveriges konsul i Monaco blir känd och att både du som statsminister, Beatrice Ask och Carl Bildt haft vetskap om händelserna under lång tid?

Statsminister Reinfeldt, du måste nu omedelbart reagera och inse att det är en omöjlighet att låta denna monegaskiska representera Sverige. Konsulatet i Monaco måste omedelbart stängas i Rikets intressen.

Patricia HUSSON utgör helt enkelt en lika bevisad som flagrant säkerhetsrisk. Inte för Monaco och inte för Ryssland. Men för Sverige och Nato-länder som definitivt inte är i behov av att ha en Quisling som går Putins ärenden , må så vara via en mycket rik furste i ett mycket litet europeiskt land.

På min website BIMCAM ( www.bimcam.com ) beskriver jag den aktuella risken på följande vis:

” If Prime Minister REINFELDT does not put an end to her being a consul for Sweden, then this will be of concern to NATO. Prince Albert has allowed her to forge correspondence with Sweden’s Chief of State, in the name of Sweden. She acts against both Swedish interests as well as those of NATO’s”

Patricia HUSSON måste bort och det illa kvickt innan hon förstör ytterligare för de som ännu inte blivit korrumperade eller som inte vill ha med den organiserade brottsligheten att göra . I skrivande stund sitter hennes kollega och granne i franskt häkte, misstänkt för stämpling till dubbelmord. En annan samarbetspartner till Sveriges konsul är den totalt korrupte Philippe NARMINO som de facto styr landet, eftersom prinsen inte har den förmågan. Under denna period har PUTIN fått en alltmer framträdande roll i furstendömet. Han har snabbt insett värdet i att ha prins Albert vid sin sida. Det har Patricia Husson och Narmino också insett . Därför ringer jag i alarmklockorna nu högre än någonsin i förhoppning om att Sveriges Statsminister inte är heldöv.

Folkpartiets ledare, Jan BJÖRKLUND har nyligen erkänt att Sveriges Regering varit naiv i sin syn på Vladimir PUTIN och hans intentioner.

Statsministern borde följa Björklunds exempel och erkänna att regeringen även varit naiv i sina kontakter med Monaco och då i synnerhet med Patricia Husson. För vore det inte på grund av naivitet som ni valt att låta henne representera Sverige, så återstår endast något som är så mycket värre, nämligen att Sveriges regering uppsåtligen tagit emot tjänster av Madame Husson, som varit av den arten att de måste hållas hemliga för svensk allmänhet.

Din regering får dela ansvaret med den föregående regeringen för de hemskheter som konsul Husson och hennes vänner ställt till med och som drabbat först min mor och sedan mig. En del av dessa finns att läsa i brevbilagorna till Lise Tamm vid Internationella Åklagar- kammaren, samt min mors brev till utrikesminister Carl BILDT och Frank BELFRAGE . Det framgår också hur allvarligt vi ser på situationen då man läser brevet till IACA, International Anti-Corruption Academy, samt min mors mejlutskick inför Europaparlamentsvalet.

Mitt engagemang blir bara större och större för var dag som korruptionen får fäste där Husson & c:o far fram.

Vi som känner till Husson och hennes kumpaner, är ju inte alls förvånade, men det blir nog andra, den dagen då hela korthuset ramlar ihop.

Prins Albert är för tillfället Putins mest hängivna bundsförvant i Europa och detta kan de båda tacka bland annat Sveriges konsul Husson för, eftersom hon är en av de viktigaste rådgivarna till fursten, vilket Sveriges rysktalande ambassadör i Paris, Gunnar Lund, torde har god kännedom om.

Den före detta domaren, statsminister Michel ROGER i Monaco har officiellt meddelat att Monaco skall fira Ryssland i 365 dagar i sträck år 2015.

Ett helt år skall alltså ägnas åt att hylla Vladimir Putins Ryssland (!) med Sveriges Regeringskanslis personals goda minne. Mer om detta längre fram i förevarande brev.

Putin har visat sin tacksamhet på många sätt genom utdelning av medaljer och presenter, precis som prins Albert gett Vladimir Putin Monacos finaste hedersbetygelse, och OS i Sotchi.

Sverige har gjort exakt detsamma genom att ge prins Alberts närmaste rådgivare , Patricia Husson den fina Nordstjärneordern. Den stora skillnaden är dock att vi än så länge inte vet bakgrunden till varför Patricia Husson förärades denna medalj. Däremot känner vi alltför väl till Putins planer tillsammans med rådgivarna kring Prins Albert. Sedan länge.

Eftersom det var under f.d. Statsminister Göran Perssons tid som nuvarande kabinettssekreteraren Frank Belfrage var Sveriges ambassadör i Paris så har jag valt att skicka en kopia av förevarande brev även till Statsministerkandidaten Stefan LÖFVÉN, exklusive bilagor. Om Löfvén trots allvarliga orostider skulle bli vald till statsminister för Sverige, kommer han naturligtvis att erhålla allt material som rör denna pågående skumraskaffär. Frank Belfrage var alltså ambassadör under tiden för utpressningsförsöken och de förfalskade åklagardokument som skickades till Regeringskansliet via brottsliga genvägar från Monaco år 2005. Om han inte visste vad som skedde på hans tid så vet han i alla fall nu att samma konsul några år senare polisanmälde mig och min mor för att vi påtalat de brott Hussons kumpaner bevisligen begått och som hon skyddar med alla medel och kontakter hon bevisligen har. Ända in i Regeringskansliet.

criminal record (blank or not). Indeed, MONACO has proven that it lies about foreigners’ criminal records. This can have ever so serious repercussions for all, since anyone could be met at the customs of a foreign country with an arrest warrant based on fake information, not least considering Monaco’s latest connections, such as and for example those with Qatar and Russia.

In this case, the false information provided by Loïc MALBRANCKE was necessary to issue illegal arrest warrants (albeit national ones) against people who did not live whatsoever in Monaco, since an instruction judge was not warranted in the first place, according to the low level of charges, however fabricated by HUSSON, and shamefully so in the name of the Kingdom of Sweden. Such false information has been posted on the Town Hall’s walls in Monaco. This trademark of NARMINO’s is a common, continuous and / or continuing way of proceeding and this consists likewise in continuous and / or continuing damages that Monaco shall pay for.”

In clear, and as DRENO was informed of in December 2012, with copy to the Swedish Royal Court, HUSSON’s illegal actions IN THE NAME OF SWEDEN mean that any a family member or friend or acquaintance of a Swedish editor and publisher might find itself surprisingly arrested in Monaco (and perhaps elsewhere too!), by the orders of their own consul, who works for Monaco.

The difference, as opposed to Carl BILDT’s silent diplomacy regarding retrieving imprisoned journalists from abroad is that in this case, it is THE SELF-INCRIMINATED CONSUL WORKING FOR THE OTHER STATE THAT HAS THE ARREST WARRANTS ISSUED. An unheard of situation, and yet another reason to scroll back to the letter to His Majesty.

“The removal of the diplomatic immunity of former Swedish ambassador to the United States Gunnar LUND, now ambassador of Sweden in Paris and responsible for implicating the Swedish Prime Minister (see above) is being called for, and ought to be currently undertaken. When his own staff in Paris speaks to BIMCAM under anonymity out of fear, LUND’s silence becomes a serious issue. To pretend that trials in Monaco are secret and confidential, with a subordinate of his, Consul HUSSON, being the instigator of this mad helter-skelter is nothing but diplomatic nonsense at its worst.”

On the 17th of March 2014, the commissioner for the European Council on the eventual adhesion of Monaco to said council, Leonid SLUTSKY, was finally sanctioned , through means of not least the freezing of assets by no less than the President of the United States of America Barack OBAMA http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2014/03/17/fact-sheet- ukraine-related-sanctions.

For Europe’s security as of spring 2014, those in power in Monaco ought however sine qua non to be added on that list. Indeed, the measures taken since (financial gap in time) by the United States of America and the European Union would otherwise hardly be enforceable in practice. A hint was given to H.M. the King of Sweden in the letter that Patricia HUSSON falsified, in France (French jurisdiction). More on this under topics 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11.

For reasons of World security, NATO should instantly make sure that the less than 2 nautical miles wide but very deep entrance from international waters to the European Union via the State of Monaco be patrolled. Never since WWII has the protection of one border been so called for. To quote former Swedish Prime Minister Thorbjörn FÄLLDIN: “Hold the border!” (Whisky on the rocks: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_submarine_S-363 ) Swedish BIMCAM’s editor and publisher once served in the Swedish Navy (Marinen, KA1, just as the current Minister of Defence) as a volunteer, during the Soviet Union era, despite being resident in Monaco at the time, and as such exempted from then mandatory military service. Asked why, he replied to the recruiting Officer, as one of his reasons: “I am Swedish!”

“Hold the border!” Swedish Prime Minister Thorbjörn FÄLLDIN, 1981. With Sweden’s consul in Monaco Patricia HUSSON as the simultaneous advisor to dictator Prince Albert II of Monaco, this quote now goes for NATO’s attention, since France allows Monaco to breach their bilateral treaties. Do note that since the treaty is from early 1984, and was not registered until late 1985, BIMCAM has not had the time to verify whether the geographic information on the then non UN-member had been updated in time regarding WGS 1984. Reliable updated maritime charts are usually those from the Admirality, with the mention “DEPTH IN METERS”. Link to UN-convention with original map. HUSSON and Albert II are members of the “Comité Directeur", YCM (Yacht Club de Monaco).

On the 7th of January 2014, Minister of State Michel ROGER declared the whole year 2015 to be dedicated to the celebration by Monaco of Russia, since a deal struck between Prince Albert II and Vladimir PUTIN http://www.monacohebdo.mc/13374-2015-annee-de-la-russie- a-monaco. There is no record in World history of any state committed to celebrate another one for 365 days in a row.

On the 4th of October 2013, Prince Albert of Monaco gave the Russian president the finest Monegasque distinction, the Grand-Cross of the Order of Saint-Charles. Philippe NARMINO and the non elected Minister of State Michel ROGER (appointed by Albert and NARMINO), a French citizen and former judge in the Supreme Court, were executives of such measure.

Lately, Russian bomb planes were headed towards Sweden. Danish F16 fighter jets (not Swedish JAS-Gripen) reacted immediately and successfully from NATO’s base in – according to Expressen - Lithuania http://www.expressen.se/nyheter/ryska-plan-ovade-attack-mot- sverige/. Sweden has an obligation of military protection of the Baltic States. This means in

practice that NATO can use Sweden as a base should Russia try to invade Latvia, for instance http://www.aftonbladet.se/nyheter/article18734684.ab. See moreover the Monday Movement which twentieth’s anniversary was commemorated by Fredrik REINFELDT and the Baltic Chiefs of State on the 15th of August 2011. On topic 8, BIMCAM wrote: “Additional information of 19 September 2011 due to new events of August 2011” in what was to become the by now since long time ago already resolved HUSSON-MALBRANCKE AFFAIR.

Any international initiative by Monaco’s dictator Prince Albert II (not elected, with a non elected “prime minister”) must go through the Crown Council, chosen by the prince himself. This is written in the Monegasque Constitution. Sweden’s consul in Monaco Patricia HUSSON has thus as Monegasque Crown councilor given the go-ahead for the Russian year in Monaco, the medal to Russia’s president and so forth. She has proven that she acts in the name of Sweden at whim, when it suits her. If Prime Minister REINFELDT does not put an end to her being a consul for Sweden, then this will be of concern to NATO. Prince Albert has allowed her to forge correspondence with Sweden’s Chief of State, in the name of Sweden. She acts against both Swedish interests as well as those of NATO’s.

TIME TO URGENTLY RECONSIDER MONACO’S MEMBERSHIP WITHIN THE EUROPEAN COUNCIL

Monaco’s membership within the European Council since soon ten years ought to be urgently reconsidered, or – in light of Slutsky’s and Russia’s involvement in the matter, to be declared null and void: better safe than sorry.

Excerpt from the letter of the 5th of March 2007 to Philippe NARMINO: “If those responsible for the current matter persist in saying or suggesting that they are acting in the name of the Prince, this cannot be true: it is completely implausible and must therefore come down to lese-majesty.”

Since that date, Albert II’s presumption of innocence has always prevailed during the editing of the present inescapable web-based Swedish publication, by default of a Monegasque free press, published in French and in English in accordance with the policy of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

However, reality wins over fiction, as shows Sweden’s headache and historically fatal blow to Monaco below, thanks to Patricia HUSSON.

Ever so biased Albert II of Monaco acts as judge in a court of first instance, in the name of God. Note to the European Council. The self-incriminated members of Club 137 are all united on or in this historical, disgraceful document. Didier ESCAUT with his wife the bailiff Marie- Thérèse ESCAUT-MARQUET and Sweden’s consul in Monaco Patricia HUSSON. The words “Court of appeal” refer to Brigitte Grinda-GAMBARINI.

To the left is the supposed signature of the current client of lawyer Didier ESCAUT, prosecutor general Jean-Pierre DRENO, who stood trial on last 7th of April 2014. In the upper left corner is the stamp of the Consul of Norway, whose Monegasque bailiff address is that of the Norwegian Consulate. Look at the red stamp, and note the address of 17, Boulevard Albert 1er, and compare with this Norwegian link.

This is the predicted result of the actions of Sweden’s Consul in Monaco, Patricia HUSSON.

Häromdagen varnade Utrikesminister Carl Bildt på Dagens Industris förstasida (DI, 6-7 sept. 2014) för ryska affärer. Det är dock i Patricia Hussons Monaco som pengarna finns. Det är inte för inte som jag döpt om det lilla landet till Kaliningrad II. Ditt principalansvar vid en krigssituation förefaller historiskt.
