Bydd Credyd Cynhwysol yn cael ei gyflwyno i geisiadau newydd gan bobl sengl, a fyddai fel arall wedi bod yn gymwys i gael Lwfans Ceisio Gwaith, gan gynnwys y rhai â cheisiadau presennol am Gredyd Treth Gwaith a Budd-dal Tai. Sport and recreation has a very important role in delivering many of the key issues that have been identified in the Purbeck Community Plan. Although sport and recreation has not been considered as a priority theme in its own right it can act as a 'vehicle' or 'tool' to help deliver the priority themes of crime reduction, transport, health, and young people. Winning the bid to host the Olympics in 2012 has guaranteed that nationally sport and recreation will have a high profile for the foreseeable future.     Universal Credit national expansion – Tranches One and Two Following the successful roll out of Universal Credit in the north-west of England, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) can provide details of the first and second tranches of national expansion to local authorities and jobcentre areas. Universal Credit will roll out to new claims from single people, who would otherwise have been eligible for Jobseeker’s Allowance, including those with existing Housing Benefit and Working Tax Credit claims. The list below confirms the go live dates for Tranches One and Two which will begin to deliver Universal Credit between February and July 2015. The other candidate retracted their nomination. Robert Clark will take up the role of FLAG Vice Chair until March 2019. The FLAG officers thanked the outgoing Chair for all their hard work and contribution over the last year. Their knowledge of the sector and training within the sector has proved invaluable and will still continue to be as a member of the FLAG board.

Introduction Purpose of the Habitats Regulations Assessment Report 1.1 Hexham Town Council are leading the preparation of a neighbourhood development plan (the Plan) to provide locally specific planning policies intended to address issues identified as being important to the local community, particularly where those issues are perceived as not being adequately addressed through existing planning policies. 1.2 As the ‘competent authority’ under the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017, Northumberland County Council is required to assess its policies and plans through the Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) process. The purpose of a HRA is to assess possible effects of the plan or policy on the nature conservation interests of sites designated under the Habitats and Wild Birds Directives. These sites consist of Special Areas of Conservation, Special Protection Areas (including Marine Special Protection Areas) and also include Ramsar Sites. The integration of the HRA process as part of the preparation of the Neighbourhood Plan is fundamental to the plan making process as policies in the plan can potentially affect designated sites.

Somewhere we can be proud of. www.communities.gov.uk In May 2007, the Rural Services Network, a coalition of 250 public and private service providers, conducted a consultation exercise on the challenges facing rural communities. The responses to that consultation have shown that many of our rural communities do not deliver this quality of life. Improving on this position requires a clear call for action, which focuses the efforts of all those involved in the provision of services on the most significant challenges on the road ahead. Having considered and codified the response to the consultation, the Rural Services Network identifies the following as being of critical importance to the future sustainability of towns, villages and settlements in the countryside: ffordable Housing Successive government reviews have identified the availability of affordable housing as one of the most important needs of families and communities across England and Wales. This need is acute in many rural communities. Without the right mix of housing stock, the social and demographic mix of our rural communities is undermined. This has impacts on the workforce available to service public and private sector employers. School rolls decline and their existence, together with other local services, become increasingly unsustainable. We welcome the Taylor inquiry2 into affordable rural housing, in particular, the emerging proposals to allow small rural communities to take the lead in new provision, and to use the land use planning system to release and designate land.
