Bidding Documents can be downloaded online from the Portal https://etenders.hry.nic.in in by the Societies / Contractors registered on the Portal. 2. As the Bids that are to be submitted online are required to be encrypted and digitally signed, the Bidders are advised to obtain the same at the earliest. For obtaining Digital Certificate, the Bidders may contact the representative of NIC ,Providers of Electronic Tendering System. CONDITONS :- 1) Conditional tenders will not be entertained & are liable to be rejected. 2) In case the day of opening of tenders happens to be holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day. The time and place of receipt of tenders and other conditions will remain unchanged. 3) The undersigned reserve the right to reject any tender or all the tenders without assigning any reason. 4) The societies shall produce an attested copy of the resolution of the Co-Operative department for the issuance of tenders. 5) The tender without earnest money will not be opened. 6) The jurisdiction of court will be at Siwani 7) The tender of the bidder who does not satisfy the qualification criteria in the bid documents are liable to be rejected. Summarily without arising any reason and no claim whatsoever on this account will be considered. 8) The bid for the work shall remain open for acceptance during the bid validity period to be reckoned from the last date of ‘ submission of (Technical) documents . If any bidder/ tenderer withdraws his bid/ tender before the said period of makes any modifications in the terms and conditions of the bid, the said earnest money shall stand forfeited. Bids would require to be valid for 90 days from the date of bid closing i.e. from last date of submission of (Technical) documents & EMD. In case the last day to accept the tender happens to be holiday, validity to accept tender will be the next working day. 9) Only those bidders are eligible for tendering who are enlisted in these department Haryana i.e PWD B&R ,irrigation ,Pubic Health,HSAMB, Urban Development authority and panchayati Raj equal amount of the tender. 10). The Maintenance-cum-Defect Liability Period is two year. 11) Bank Guarantee @5% of Tender Amount will be deposited by the lowest bidder after accepting his rates within 15 days of issuing of acceptance letter. 12). The Interlocking Paver Block should be coloured Vibrated glazed and strength as per PWD Specification . 14.) Work order will be issued to the contractor after getting technical approval and Funds from compettent authority. 15.) Payment will be made after after monitering . 16.) Payment of each work will be paid after getting sample report from shri ram laboratory, Delhi and any Govt. laboratory 17.) DAC should be submitted before opening the tender, otherwise tender will not be considered . President MC Siwani .
