Permission will be taken from Forest Department prior cutting the trees. Compensatory plantation will be carried out as per the State Forest Policy. 1.3 Creation of new land uses? Yes Existing area under airport is 4215.97 acres and additional area of 2984.03 Acres is being surveyed and will be transferred for development of airport Land use of the proposed airport site as per the Master plan of Hisar (2021) are airport, residential, commercial and special zone. Yes Project involves development of the Phase II of the airport. Under expansion only phase 2 will be developed and it is proposed to construct, runway, taxiway, terminal building, allied structures/ancillary buildings and roads. Airport is planned for Code C aircrafts. Aircraft upto A320 can be operated from the airport after expansion. 1.6 Demolition works? Yes Certain buildings are required to be demolished for development of phase II. All these buildings are in use old buildings and belong to State Government Departments.
