Competition Heats Up with Return of Derek Jeter Celebrity Invitational Golf Tournament in Las Vegas, April 15-18
- Top Names in Sports & Entertainment to Compete in Tournament Benefitting Jeter’s Turn 2 Foundation; World-Renowned Shadow Creek Golf Course & Award-Winning ARIA Resort & Casino to Host 2020 Event -
NEW YORK – Las Vegas will once again play host to the Derek Jeter Celebrity Invitational (DJCI) as the highly anticipated golf tournament returns April 15-18, 2020. Dozens of athletes and celebrities will hit the links for two days of competitive golf at the exclusive Shadow Creek, while ARIA, the AAA Five Diamond Award-winning resort, will host tournament guests and the event’s signature celebrations.
Since the event launched in Las Vegas in 2015, DJCI has contributed more than $5 million to the Turn 2 Foundation. The event is held in partnership with ICON International, WarnerMedia, ARIA and JP Sports + Entertainment. During last year’s celebration, DJCI partners announced the golf tournament will continue for another three years, contributing $1 million each year to the Foundation’s programs.

This year’s DJCI will kick off Wednesday, April 15, with a private welcome reception at CATCH Las Vegas at ARIA. The two-round Celebrity-Amateur tournament, which pairs one celebrity with four amateur participants, will begin Thursday, April 16, at Shadow Creek. That evening, the signature DJCI Gala at ARIA will feature a star-studded red carpet and live musical performance by a special celebrity guest. On Friday, April 17, guests will return to Shadow Creek as they continue to compete for the coveted championship title during the tournament's final round.
