Participation in Job Fairs Townsquare Media attended the job fair at Hood 2 Howdy on Fort Hood from 8am to Noon. We handed out information, applications, and discussed open positions and internships. Candidates included strong participation from women and minorities. Our Operations Manager who has significant responsibility for hiring decisions was in attendance 3 MP attended EEO Training in January 2021. Participation in EEO Training .

INTRODUCTION 1. The Commission has before it for consideration: (i) license renewal applications from the above-listed radio stations in Texas; (ii) a timely filed Petition to Deny by the Texas State Conference of Branches of the NAACP and its various local, branches (collectively "NAACP") against the license renewal KGNC-FM©s call sign was changed from KMLT(FM) effective November 2, 1992. 879 applications of the above-listed radio stations; p (iii) oppositions filed by the licensees; and (iv) the licensees© responses to staff letters of inquiry. II. BACKGROUND 2. NAACP alleges that the challenged stations violated our Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Rule and policies. Accordingly, it requests that we conduct an investigation of the employment practices of the stations pursuant to Bilingual Bicultural Coalition on Mass Media, Inc. v. FCC. 595 F.2d 621 (B.C. Cir. 1978) (Bilingual) and designate the renewal applications for hearing. The licensees deny NAACP 1 s allegations and request unconditional renewals. III. PLEADINGS 3. Standing. The licensee of Stations KGNC/KGNC-FM argues that the declaration under penalty of perjury filed by NAACP regarding these stations is insufficient to establish standing because the President of the Amarillo Branch does not demonstrate that he is a resident within the service area of the stations.

He was educated at Westminster School from July 1855 to July 1856 and by a private tutor in Bonn, Germany, from September 1856 to June 1871.' BIDDULPH joined the 5th Bengal Cavalry in January 1858, served through the Oudh Cam- paign of 1858 and received the Mutiny Medal. From 1872 to 1877 he served as Aide-de-camp to the Viceroy of India, LORD NORTHBROOK. He was on special duty as Member of the Mis- sion to Yiirkand, the Pamir and Wakhan- in 1873-74 and again on special duty at Gilgit from 1877 to 1881. In 1882 BIDDULPH was acting Agent to the Governor General and between that year and 1895, when he retired from the Political Department, he was Political Agent or Resident in areas including Quetta, Baroda and Gwaliyiir and on deputation in 1885-86 as a Bound- ary Settlement Offi~er.~COLONEL JOHN BIDDULPH died at Grey Court, Ham Common, on the last day of December, 1921, in his 82nd year.

    Central Texas College District Safety Policies and Procedures Manual Policy No. 125: Inclement Weather (Same as Policy No. 720 in the Human Resource Management Operating Policies and Procedures Manual) I. PURPOSE To establish procedures for the decision and notification chain for inclement weather curtailment of CTCD operations. II. SCOPE This policy applies to Texas Campuses, including the Mayborn Science Theater, and all other campuses as determined by the Campus Deans. III. POLICY CTCD does not expect its employees or students to risk personal injury in order to maintain regular operating hours. Therefore, during periods of inclement weather or threat of inclement weather, CTCD may choose to curtail or limit operations if in the view of the Deputy Chancellor, U.S. Campus Operations, his/her designated representative, the continuation of operations might create a significant risk of injury or illness to students or employees. The status of Fort Hood’s military operations and the area public school systems will be considered for decisions regarding Central Campus. Regardless of the Campus decision, it remains the responsibility of the individual employee/student to assess and evaluate their situation. IV. PROCEDURES A. Capstar Broadcasting Partners will spend $60 million for twenty stations in four separate transactions covering five markets. Terms of the individual deals weren't disclosed. Two of the deals involve Point Communications, which is the managing partner of six stations in Madison, WI and owns five in the Roanoke - Lynchburg area, owned through a subsidiary. In Madison, the stations are standards WTSO; CHR WZEE; news -talk WIBA; rock WIBA -FM; new rock WMAD -FM, Sun Prairie, WI; and soft AC WMLI, Sauk City, WI. In Roanoke - Lynchburg -- oldies simulcast WLDJ, Appomattox and WRDJ, Roanoke; urban oldies WJJS, Lynchburg; and dance combo WJJS -FM, Vinton, and WJJX, Lynchburg. The third deal gives Capstar three stations in the Yuma, AZ market, including oldies KBLU, country KTTI, and classic rocker KYJT, from Commonwealth Broadcasting of Arizona, LLC. Finally, COMCO Broadcasting's Alaska properties, which include children's KYAK, CHR KGOT, and AC KYMG, all Anchorage; and news -talk KIAK, country KIAK -FM, and AC KAKQ -FM, all Fairbanks. WE DON'T NEED NO STINKIN' LICENSE . It's spent almost ten weeks on the air without a license, but the new religious -programmed station on 105.3 MHz in the Hartford, CT area, is being investigated by the Commission's New England Field Office. According to the Hartford Courant, Mark Blake is operating the station from studios in Bloomfield, CT, and says that he "stands behind" the station's operation. Although there have been no interference complaints filed, other stations in the area are claiming they are losing advertising dollars to the pirate.
