Rest provides the body with the chance to renew and heal. Restorative yoga, as well as other forms of yoga, will bring the body into balance. When your body is in balance it helps lower blood pressure and lower heart rate, it helps to keep the endocrine system operating healthily and will stimulate the immune system in a healthy way. All forms of relaxation helps with this. Thus, things such as YOGA and MEDITATION that help to balance the body are very beneficial for your physical and mental health. Restorative yoga poses are thought of as “active relaxation” and are designed for when you feel fatigued, weak or stressed out from daily life. The workshop will use a variety of props, which will be provided. Each class will be limited to 12 participants.
