La resolución 90 también modifica el artículo 3 de la Resolución General Nº 83/2012 referente a la enajenación ocasional de inmuebles. “Para determinar el rango de incidencia, se deberán sumar los ingresos gravados del ejercicio fiscal que sean anteriores y posteriores a la enajenación ocasional del inmueble. The company proposed a future connection to Peru’s fuel transport network in the southeast of the latter country. “With that,”said Cristian Inchauste, general manager of YPFB Transporte SA, “We would arrive at the Pacific, the great beauty is to arrive at the Pacific.     EVO MORALES EN LA HAYA DW-15-04-2014: El presidente boliviano Evo Morales viajó a La Haya para entregar en persona la memoria documental, que acompaña la solicitud de su país para que se le conceda una salida al mar. El conflicto se remonta a la Guerra del Pacífico en la que Chile ocupó lo que entonces era territorio boliviano. El presidente de Bolivia, Evo Morales, entregó este martes a la Corte Internacional de Justicia (CIJ) la memoria histórica en el juicio a Chile por el retorno con soberanía al Océano Pacífico. Morales ingresó a las 15:00 hora de La Haya (09:00 de Bolivia) a la sede judicial, acompañado del agente boliviano Eduardo Rodríguez, el canciller David Choquehuanca y una comitiva de parlamentarios llegados a la ciudad holandesa desde La Paz. "Bolivia pronto volverá al Pacífico con soberanía. Con mucho respeto decía en la Corte Internacional de Justicia que haga justicia. El tema del mar es irrenunciable para los bolivianos. Como país pacifista acudimos a los poderes internacionales para que hagan justicia", dijo Morales a su salida de la sede de La Haya. La entrega de la memoria histórica fue seguida en el Palacio Quemado de La Paz por ministros y dirigentes de los movimientos sociales que respaldan al gobierno de Evo Morales. También se entonó el himno de Bolivia tras el anuncio de la entrega de la memoria para obtener un acceso soberano al Océano Pacífico, cualidad perdida en 1879 ante Chile en la Guerra del Pacífico, que incluyó a Perú. La memoria de 200 páginas y muchos anexos recopila en detalle todos los "actos unilaterales" que Bolivia considera incumplimientos de Chile en su obligación de negociar una salida al mar.

    ¿Cuánto valdrían los palacios presidenciales de América Latina? ● La sede del poder en Brasil costaría actualmente más de 100 millones de dólares bajo las condiciones actuales del mercado. ● Si se tratara de un edificio ordinario, El Palacio Nacional de México, con 40.000 m2, costaría casi 40 millones de dólares. El gobierno boliviano inaugurará en 2016 una nueva sede presidencial que reemplace al tradicional Palacio Quemado desde donde han gobernado los presidentes de ese país desde que se estrenó en 1853. El nuevo edificio, llamado La Casa del Pueblo, tendrá 29 pisos y su construcción tendrá un costo de 36 millones de dólares. Aunque el valor arquitectónico y patrimonial de la mayoría de los edificios desde donde se ejerce el poder es incalculable, tras el anuncio del gobierno boliviano, desde Nuroa nos ​ ​ preguntamos cuánto costarían algunos de los palacios presidenciales de la región si hipotéticamente salieran al mercado. Brasil. El Palacio Planalto es la sede del ejecutivo brasileño y fue parte de la utopía que en ​ 1956 se inició con la construcción de Brasilia, una nueva capital en el centro del país. El Palacio de Planalto, o Palacio de la Meseta en castellano, es parte central del proyecto urbanístico llevado a cabo por Lucio Costa y Oscar Niemeyer. Se ubica en la Plaza de los Tres poderes, dentro del Eje Monumental de la ciudad donde se encuentra la sede de las oficinas del gobierno federal. Su nombre oficial es Palacio de los Despachos y alberga a todo el poder ejecutivo, encabezado por la presidenta Dilma Rouseff. Un valor agregado que no siempre suele estar presente en los “milagros económicos” que ocurren en la región, como bien deja en evidencia la experiencia chilena. Un éxito que a la postre llevó a que el proceso de cambio boliviano despertara elogios, no sólo de los partidos de izquierda sudamericanos, sino también del establishment económico y de organismos internacionales como el Banco Mundial y el Fondo Monetario Internacional. Luego de una década de estabilidad y prosperidad, el escenario político boliviano volvió a polarizarse en 2016 cuando el presidente Evo Morales desobedeció el resultado del referéndum, que iba en contra de su anhelo de postularse a una nueva reelección, y se presentó a las elecciones de octubre del 2019 gracias a un controvertido fallo del Tribunal Constitucional que habilitó su candidatura.
