Attention, le Palais des Sports est sur Elancourt, mais la rue de la Beauce se trouve sur la commune de Maurepas (78310) REGLEMENT DE LA COMPETITION

1. FORFAITS

Tout forfait doit être signalé par écrit à Dominique SEMEDO à [email protected]

- Si le forfait est signalé 10 jours et moins avant la date de compétition, avec justificatif médical : il n' y a pas d'engagement à payer,

- Si le forfait est signalé 10 jours et moins avant la date de compétition, sans justificatif médical : l'engagement est à payer.

2. TENUE DES ENTRAINEURS Tenue correcte exigée : survêtement et chaussures de sport obligatoires. Tee shirt ou sweet-shirt à l'effigie du club autorisé.

3. DEROULEMENT DE LA COMPETITION Le responsable de la compétition se réserve le droit d'avancer de 15 minutes le début de la compétition ainsi que le palmarès.

A la fin de chaque tour ou avant la lecture du palmarès, les entraîneurs disposeront de 10 minutes pour vérifier les totaux ( au-delà, plus de réclamation ).

4. JUGES Présence obligatoire à la réunion de juges. En cas de retard (plus de 15 min) ou d’absence à la réunion de juges, le juge est considéré comme manquant. Une amende de 100 Euros sera réclamée.

5. ENGAGEMENTS Le tarif est de 10€ pour les indivs et 21€ pour les équipes Les engagements seront facturés et envoyés au club la semaine qui suivra le championnat.

6. MUSIQUES Sur CD R obligatoirement, les cassettes ne seront pas acceptées. 1 CD (dans un boitier ou une pochette) par gymnaste, marqué au nom de la gymnaste et du club. Pas de musique pour les catégories Libre 2 et Libre 1

7. PALMARES Sauf autoristation du responsable de la compétition, la participation aux palmarès est obligatoire. En cas d'absence non autorisée, la gymnaste sera déclasseé et non récompensée.

8. ECHAUFFEMENT L'echauffement se fait dans une salle annexe, 1/2 heure d'échauffement général puis passage à l'agrès avec 5 minutes d'échauffement.
