Seeking consulting Land Administration position (short and/or long term) and am willing to consider a permanent Full Time Position.

I have worked in all aspects of Land (Surface, Road Use, Minerals and Contracts).

I have started and/or re-vamped several Road Use Departments and mentored their staff on how to maintain road use for their company. By reviewing key areas, invoices from 3rd parties and working with field personnel, I have been able to save companies money anywhere from $150,000 to $8,000,000.00. But also by reviewing key areas I have always found wells and facilities owned by 3rd parties requiring Road Use Agreements. By reviewing 3rd parties invoice I have saved companies $5000.00 to $1,500,000.00 of over billing due to status changes for wells. By re-routing one area I was able to save a company $8,600,000.00 annually.
