Standardele europene şi interna ţionale sunt adoptate ca standarde române prin metoda versiunii române ( T), metoda filei de confirmare (FC ) sau metoda notei de confirmare ( A). Eratele la standardele europene şi interna ţionale sunt notate cu simbolul ( ER ). Standardele române originale sunt notate cu E. Sub indicativul standardului este indicat num ărul comitetului tehnic ( CT ) responsabil. Pentru standardele adoptate prin metoda filei de confirmare sau metoda notei de confirmare, textul standardului nu este publicat în versiune român ă. Versiunile originale ale acestor standarde pot fi consultate sau procurate de la Asocia ţia de Standardizare din România. În aceast ă rubric ă sunt cuprinse, de asemenea, amendamente şi erate ale standardelor române. În cazul în care un standard aprobat înlocuie şte şi anuleaz ă unul sau mai multe standarde existente, indicativul/indicativele acestora sunt indicate după titlul standardului respectiv. The expansion planning of WTG requires the information of its forced outage rate (FOR) determined by using the continuous-time Markov Chain. The FOR represents as an outage probability of a component emerged as it is taken out intentionally from a system customarily for the purpose of preventive maintenance or repair. In contrast with the conventional power plant, for the case study of WTG, the determination of FOR is utterly unique since it depends on the information of uncertain weather condition. Hence, the loss of load expectation (LOLE) and expected unserved energy (EUE) could be estimated so that it will not infringe its respective predetermined limits indispensable for the expansion planning of WTG using the stochastic approach. The modified IEEE RTS-79 system is used as a case study to verify effectiveness of the proposed method in the determination of WTG expansion planning. The results have shown improvement on the EUE and LOLE in relation with optimal expansion of the WTG units determined by using the proposed method. Europe, 2004 • CEN publish EN 12195-1 which is adopted as national rule in Germany • Swedish stakeholders extremely upset • Swedish stakeholders lose huge amounts of time and money (indefinite future) Opportunities or barriers? 1. Can be an extremily powerful tool especially in combination with legislation/directives 2. Only YOU can represent YOUR views 3. Responsibility refers to measures taken before, during and after an emergency or crisis We work • via knowledge enhancement, support, training, exercises, regulation, supervision and our own operations • in close cooperation with the municipalities, county councils, other authorities, the private sector and various organizations • to achieve greater security and safety at all levels of society, from local to global MSB and standardization • MSB is very active in standardization and use standards • 30 employes participate in over 20 national technincal committees • We work according to a standardization strategy, with various of aims and procedures.
