Akın GÜNGÖR He graduated bachelor degree in 2004 from Dokuz Eylül University, in Class Teaching. In 2015 he graduated his master degree in Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Public Administration with “A Field Research On The Performance Assessment Of State School Managers In English Public Administration sytem: The Case Of Izmir” has completed his thesis work.Currently, the province of Izmir Cigli district has been working as a special education teacher at the Coun- seling and Research Center.

Ali Şahin ÖRNEK (Assist. Prof.), He got his bachelor’s degree from , MBA Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Ph.D Dokuz Eylul University, Institute of Social Sciences. His research interests are Management & Organization, Organizational Behavior, HRM, Stra- tegic Management, Crisis Management, Knowledge Management, TQM, Human Behaviors, Balanced Scorecard, ICT Sector, Social Media, Entrepreneurships and Innovation, NGOs. Atıf AÇIKGÖZ (Assoc. Prof.) Dr. Atif Açıkgöz is an associate professor of Management and Organization in the School of Business Administration at , . He received his MS in Science of Strategy (2010) from Gebze Institute of Technology, and his PhD in Technology and Innovation Management (2013) from Fatih University. His work has appeared in numerous journals including Group Decision and Ne- gotiation and Journal of Cleaner Production, among other journals. His research areas are organizational behavior, human/social psychology, and strategic man- agement in technology and innovation management.

Ayşe GÜNSEL (Assoc. Prof.) Dr. Ayşe Günsel is an associate professor at management department in . She attended her PhD at Gebze Institute of Technology specialized in technology and innovation management. She has worked a postdoctoral re- searcher at Sabancı University and she has been a visiting scholar at University of Hertfordshire. She has published papers in journals such as Journal of Product Innovation Management, Group Decision and Negotiation, European Planning Studies, among other journals.

Aytekin FIRAT (Asst. Prof.) Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sci- ences. Cemil KUZEY (Assoc. Prof.) Dr. Cemil Kuzey is an associate professor at the Department of Management at Fatih University in , Turkey, teaching Operation Research and Statistics for Social Sciences. He acquired his Ph.D. degree in Business Administration through the Department of Quantitative Analysis, , Turkey. Among his academic pursuits, he took several graduate courses at the Ontario In- stitute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto. His research interests are related to Operation Research, Data Mining, and Business Intelligence.

Ebru SÖNMEZER KARAPINAR (Assist Prof.) After she graduated from the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations at CU she completed the master at the same university in 2000. Depart- ment of Science Labour Economics and Industrial Relations in 2002. In 2009, she completed Business PhD at ERU. In 2005,she started working Marketing Program in the Social Sciences Vocational School at ERÜ. She continues task as assistant professor in Departmant of Human Resources Management at ERU.

Ercan ERGÜN (Assist. Prof. Dr.) Ercan ERGÜN is an assistant professor of management and organization studies in the faculty of Business at Gebze Technical University in Turkey. He received his degree of doctor of philosophy in management and organization from Gebze Institute of Technology. His current research interests include Leadership, Corpo- rate Culture, Negotiation Techniques and Organizational Behavior.

Fatih KOÇ (Asst. Prof.) Fatih Koç is an Assistant Professor at International Trade Department of Burhani- ye Applied Science School, Balıkesir University. He had Master’s Degree at De- partment of Production Management and Marketing in Institute of Social Science, Kocaeli University. He had PHD at Depatment of General Business Administra- tion in Institute of Social Science of Gebze High Technology Institute. Hanife AKGÜL (Lecturer) In 1994, she graduated Faculty of Education Sciences, Departmentof the Guidance and Counseling at AU. In 2000, completed the master in the area Guidance and Counseling in Education Institutes at GU. She continues PhD degrees Counseling and Guidance at AU, it was started in 2009. She continues task as lecturer Depart- ment of Child Care and Youth Services at ERU.

Işık Özge YUMURTACI (Asst. Prof. Dr.) Işık Özge Yumurtacı was born in Izmir in 1983. She graduated from Dokuz Eylul University in 2005, and started to work for Izmir University of Economics as a re- search assistant the same year. She received MSc degree in 2007 and PhD at Izmir University of Economics in 2011. She received scholarship for her masters and doctoral studies. During her PhD studies, she was a visiting scholar at Cranfield University (UK), School of Management- Supply Chain Research Centre. Cur- rently, she works as an Assistant Professor at the same department.

Kadir PEKER, (Asst. Prof.) Kadir PEKER was born in Boyabat/Sinop in 1984. He gratuated Şehit Ersoy Gür- su Anatolian High School in 2001, then he graduated from Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Public Administration in 2006. He got his master’s degree in the Program of Public Administration at the Institute of Social Sciences of Sakarya University in 2008. Then, he started Political Science and Public Administration Doctoral Program at the Institute of Social Sci- ences of Sakarya University and he submitted his thesis in 2014.He worked in the Department of Human Resources of IMM (Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality) between 2007-2015 and he is currently employed by Kırklareli University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Public Administration as an Assis- tant Prof.

Lütfiye ÖZDEMİR (Assoc. Prof. Dr.) Dr Lutfiye Özdemir is a management associate professor at the Business Admin- istration Department of Faculty of Economics & Administrative Science in Inonu University. Her areas of research are information technology, activity theory, en- trepreneurship, personality characteristic, leadership, organization culture, crisis management, personnel empowerment, organizational loyalty, and creativity.

Melisa Erdilek Karabay, (Phd.) The author was born in 1978 in Ankara, Turkey. She graduated from Istek Foun- dation Uluğbey Highschool in Istanbul. She obtained his MA degree in 1999 at Department of Business Administration and MBA degree in Marmara Univer- sity Institute of Social Sciences, in 2002. She completed her PhD in Banking De- partment in 2010 at , Institute of Banking Insurance. She still works as a lecturer at the Department of Insurance at Marmara University School of Banking and Insurance. She is interested in the fields of research such as; or- ganizational behavior, industrial organization, knowledge management, strategic competition and business ethics.

Meral ÇAKIR BERZAH (Lecturer) Meral CAKIR BERZAH completed her BA degree in Journalism and Public Rela- tions department at in 1988. In 2005, she got her MA degree from Kocaeli University, Institute of Social Sciences, Communication Sciences Depart- ment. She is still maintaining her PhD researches at Sakarya University, Institute of Social Sciences, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations Department. Mrs. Berzah who carries out her researches on Public Relations, Social Policy and Ma- nipulation has a published book named “Berlin Wall That Media Knits”. She has been working as a lecturer at Kocaeli University, Communication Faculty, Public Relations and Advertising Department since 1996.

Meryem FİLİZ BAŞTÜRK (Senior Lecturer, PhD.) The author recevied graduate degree at Uludag University, Department of Eco- nomics in 2003 also she has worked in same department since 2005 as an scholar. FİLİZ BAŞTÜRK gained PhD. within “A Theorical and Empirical Study on the Ef- ficiency of Monetary Transmission Mechanism in Turkey in 2012. Interested areas which is monetary theory and financial markets.

Mustafa ÇAKIR (Asst. Prof.) Mustafa CAKIR who finished his secondary school and high school in Isparta and Samsun studied International Relations at between 1983 and 1987. He then graduated form International Law LLM Programme at Kocaeli Uni- versity with a dissertation titled “Convention on the Protection of the Black Sea Against Pollution”. In 2003, Mr. Cakir completed his PhD in International Law Department and wrote a dissertation on “Humanitarian Intervention” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ayse Fusun ARSAVA. He is now currently working as a Assistant Professor at Kocaeli University Law Faculty, International Law Depart- ment.

Mustafa GÖRÜN (Assoc. Prof.) In 2003, he completed his thesis work in the Public Administration Department of the Dokuz Eylül University PhD Program with “Special provincial administration in Turkey in the 21th century: the case of Izmir, Konya and Ağrı” . He has been an associate professor in 2012. Currently, he serves as Head of the Department of Public Administration. in Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

Oznur Yurt (Assoc. Prof.) The author has M.Sc. in logistics management and Ph.D. in business management degrees from Izmir University of Economics. She also holds a MBA from Ankara University and B.sc. in business Administration from Baskent University. Cur- rently she is an online faculty member of Laureate Online Education at University of Liverpool. She conducted her post-doctoral research at Cranfield University in 2009. She worked for Izmir University of Economics, Department of Logis- tics Management between 2003 and 2015. She received associate professor title in 2011. Her research interests include service supply chains, distribution channels management, procurement management and food supply chains.

Ramazan TİYEK, (Asst. Prof.) Ramazan TİYEK was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1983. After completing his sec- ondary education in Kahramanmaraş, he graduated from Anatolian University Faculty of Communication Sciences Dept. of Educational Communication and Planning in 2004. He completed his master’s degree in 2006 at Marmara Univer- sity in the Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Human Resources Manage- ment and Development. He then completed his doctoral studies at Sakarya Uni- versity in the Institution of Social Sciences at the Department of Labour Economics in 2011. Studying mainly on the management of human recourses, industrial re- lations, and local social politics, Tiyek is currently working at the University of Kırklareli, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of La- bour Economics and Industrial Relations as an Assistant Professor.

Siyret AYAS (Research Assistant) Siyret AYAS is a research assistant at Firat University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Tunçdan Baltacıoğlu (Prof. Dr) The author received his Bachelor’s Degree from Ankara Economics and Admin- istrative Sciences Academy in 1969. Upon completion of his Ph.D. Degree in 1975, he worked in Michigan State University for his post-doctoral studies between 1976-1977. He received the professorship in 1988. Baltacioglu worked as a faculty member in Gazi University, in the field of Production Management and Market- ing. Meanwhile, he also worked as the Director of the Vocational School of Tour- ism in Mugla. After working as the dean of the Faculty of Economics and Admin- istrative Sciences in International Cyprus University, he joined to Izmir University of Economics in 2002.

Yunus Emre TAŞGİT (Assist. Prof. Dr.) Yunus Emre TAŞGİT is an assistant professor of management and organization studies in the faculty of Business at Düzce University in Turkey. He received his degree of doctor of philosophy in management and organization from Gebze Institute of Technology.
