#1018 The Whore’s Latter Rain – Zechariah Chapter 4 and the Latter Rain of April 9, 1906, and Latter Reign of April 6, 1917, part 19, October 17, 1989: The Candlestick Quake

Candlestick Park. After the 1957 Major League season, the baseball franchise moved to . A new baseball would be built for the at a point of land jutting into , south of the city. The point of land was called Candlestick Point, named for the indigenous “candlestick bird,” the long-billed Curlew, once common to the point. The stadium would be named in 1960 Candlestick Park. It opened on April 12, 1960.

The 1989 . The first World Series games to ever be played at Candlestick Park were in 1962, when the San Francisco Giants lost to the in a quite famous seven-game series. The final game of the series was played at Candlestick. The Giants lost, with the final play of the game being considered one of the greatest moments in baseball history. It would be twenty- seven years before the Giants were again in the World Series. The pitted the against the San Francisco Giants, a so-called , since the cities are located across San Francisco Bay from one another.

The Candlestick Quake. The series began at for the first two games on October 14 and October 15, both won by Oakland. It then shifted across San Francisco Bay to San Francisco for the planned third game, on October 17, 1989. The baseball world’s eyes would be on Candlestick Park for its first World Series game since 1962. At 5:04 p.m., about a half-hour before the start of Game 3, and with a national television audience tuning in to ABC to watch the game, the ground began to shake. An earthquake, registering 7.1 on the Richter Scale, and centered about 50 miles away from the stadium, struck the Bay Area. It collapsed a portion of the Bay Bridge, started at least 27 fires in San Francisco, killed 62 people, injured more than 3,500, and caused $3 billion in #1018 The Whore’s Latter Rain – Zechariah Chapter 4 and the Latter Rain of April 9, 1906, and Latter Reign Page 1 of 3 of April 6, 1917, part 19, October 17, 1989: The Candlestick Quake damages. The Goodyear Blimp, already on the scene for the game, provided overhead shots. Although Candlestick Park suffered only minor damage, it was center stage for the event, as ABC’s sports announcers provided live coverage of the earthquake from Candlestick Park rather than live coverage of the game. The World Series was postponed indefinitely. Game 3 would be played 10 days later.

Key Understanding: The Candlestick Quake. To prove that the April 18, 1906, Great San Francisco Earthquake was the Two Olive Trees Earthquake – meaning that the two events of (i) the April 9, 1906, birth of the Latter Rain Pentecostal movement and (ii) the April 6 [= 9], 1917, Joel’s Latter Rain entry of the U.S. Locust Army into World War I were together representing, as a counterfeit, the Two Olive Trees (with the Candlestick) of Zechariah 4 – the Lord ordained the second greatest earthquake in San Francisco’s history, the Candlestick Quake of October 17, 1989.

And I said, I have looked, and behold A CANDLESTICK ALL OF GOLD [the Candlestick Quake of 1989 in San Francisco points back to the Two Olive Trees Quake of 1906 in San Francisco], with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof: 3 And TWO OLIVE TREES by it [the April 9, 1906, Latter Rain Pentecostal movement, associated with ‘weird babel’ in , and the April 6 [= 9], 1917, Joel’s Latter Rain U.S. entry into World War I, associated with the birth of the ‘Babel’ United Nations in San Francisco], one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.
