Per ottenere un superiore piacere di guida e maggiori prestazioni senza compromettere gli eccezionali livelli di sicurezza. Inoltre non sono influenzati la garanzia originale e gli intervalli di manutenzione, così come il consumo di carburante (l/km) e i livelli di emissioni (g/km). Come è stata raggiunta la tecnologia Polestar Optimization? Applicando un approccio olistico ai componenti della propulsione, aggiornando sia il motore che il software del cambio. In che modo le ottimizzazioni migliorano l'esperienza di guida? 1 - AUMENTA LE PERFORMANCE DEL MOTORE: Più potenza, più coppia motrice, con in più tutta l'esperienza dei piloti. Non si tratta infatti solo di aumentare i valori in gioco, ma di renderli disponibili quando servono. Le performance migliorano soprattutto ai regimi medi, cioè nell'area di maggior utilizzo del motore durante la guida di tutti i giorni. 2 - RISPOSTA PIU’ PRONTA DELL’ACCELERATORE: L'ottimizzazione consente al motore di rispondere più velocemente ai comandi impartiti sul pedale dal guidatore, per esempio iniziando un sorpasso o nella guida sportiva su una strada ricca di curve. 3 - PIÙ VELOCITÀ AL CAMBIO: L’ottimizzazione aumentata la velocità di cambiata, permettendo all'auto di accelerare più rapidamente, con una reazione più pronta ai comandi del guidatore, per esempio quando è necessario scalare la marcia per aumentare la ripresa. 4 - UNA GESTIONE PIU’ SPORTIVA DEL CAMBIO: Con il pacchetto di ottimizzazione viene modificata la calibrazione del cambio per sfruttare al meglio i regimi medi del motore e migliorare di conseguenza le performance dell'auto. In più la funzione di tenuta della marcia mantiene il rapporto innestato nella percorrenza di curve veloci con un alto valore di G laterali. In questo modo si migliora la conduzione delle curve, evitando che l'auto beccheggi a causa di un cambio di marcia non desiderato. 5 - MIGLIORE RISPOSTA ALLA CHIUSURA DELL'ACCELERATORE: Il cambio e il motore vengono calibrati per rispondere più rapidamente quando il pilota alza velocemente il piede dall'acceleratore per un breve istante, ad esempio in staccata in ingresso di curva. In questo modo si mantiene il bilanciamento della vettura nelle curve veloci, rendendone il comportamento più prevedibile e migliorandone il controllo. 6 - MAGGIOR COPPIA ALLE RUOTE POSTERIORI PER UN'ESPERIENZA PIU’ DINAMICA: Regolato per la massima distribuzione possibile della coppia alle ruote posteriori in modalità di guida ‘Dynamic’, che si traduce in un miglior controllo durante le curve e una migliore trazione in partenza.
