Here's what Singletary said when asked about the 49ers' possibly having interest in Vick at some point:,nba jersey shop Posted by ESPN.com’s Mike Sando Players sometimes return from this injury without missing the rest of the season. Much will depend on the nature of the break. If the shoulder blade broke into multiple pieces or broke off near the joint, mlb jerseys on sale, Clements could face a more complicated rehabilitation. This would seem to run counter to what the 49ers said previously this offseason. I would not treat it as evidence the 49ers are about to make a move for Vick. The 49ers are simply more reluctant than some teams to automatically rule out players. In fact, design your own hockey jersey, Singletary issued an "absolutely not" when asked if he and McCloughan had discussed V wholesale nfl jerseys ick in recent months. Any team that signs Vick is inviting a massive distraction. Vick will overshadow any team that signs him. He'll instantly become the big story. The dour development from Sunday's 34-13 victory over the HAWKS VS. EAGLES 49ers in San Francisco was injuries to middle linebacker Lofa Tatupu and defensive end Patrick Kerney. But coach Mike WHEN/WHERE: Sunday, 1:15 p.m., Holmgren was optimistic Monday that each of the Pro Bowl Qwest Field players from a year ago will be available for this week's game against the Philadelphia Eagles at Qwest Field. TV/RADIO: KCPQ/13; KIRO-AM/710 Tatupu strained his groin, while Kerney aggravated his left shoulder -- the same one that needed surgery during the offseason to repair a torn labrum. Neither is expected to practice much this week, but each should be able to play. On Tatupu, Holmgren said, "I believe he'll be able to play in the game Sunday." On Kerney, he offered, "He is much stronger right now than he was yesterday. So our hope is, if he can regain his strength, which is the biggest thing, then we should have him as well. "It scared him. Because it was the shoulder that he had operated on and he did so much rehab on." The Seahawks pushed their record to 2-5 and climbed into a tie for second place in the NFC West with their win over the discombobulated 49ers.

The twelve-minute test, which measures “cognitive ability,” has been shown to have a disparate impact on minorities in various employment situations. This Note contends that the NFL’s use of the Wonderlic also has a disparate impact because of its effect on a player’s draft status and ultimately his salary. The test cannot be justified by business necessity because there is no correlation between a player’s Wonderlic score and their on-field performance. As such, this Note calls for the creation of a football-specific intelligence test that would be less likely to have a disparate impact than the Wonderlic, while also being sufficiently job-related and more reliable in predicting a player’s success.
