N O TC Executive Directors Report: September, for the most part, marks the beginning Chuck George of change. The cooler weather at least gives us a chance to consider those longer runs. The point to point Old Man River’s Run was a great success;our thanks to the naval bases for the great support. The upcoming Larry Fuselier 25k the Wall 30k will help bridge the gap leading in to your Mardi Gras Marathon run. I want to thank the continuing help from the volunteers. If your not ready for the longer runs, come out and help your friends along the course. Rick P.S.
