    ANALISIS FRAMING BERITA KASUS PELECEHAN SEKSUAL REYNHARD SINAGA DI MEDIA CNN INDONESIA (Edisi Januari 2020) Zhafirah Izzah Mitsalina1 Edy Sudaryanto2 Merry Fridha Tri Palupi3 [email protected] Abstract This research is based on the revealed of the Reynhard Sinaga case which is considered to be the largest case of sexual harassment in British history. Framing analysis is used in this study to find out how the framing is carried out by CNN Indonesia's online media in reporting sexual harassment cases committed by Reyhnard Sinaga, an Indonesian citizen who is currently studying in Manchester, England. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using framing analysis of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki and Peter L. Berger's theory of reality construction. The results of the analysis found are that CNN Indonesia is in favor of the public interest, especially regarding humanity. Journalists emphasize that the occurrence of sexual harassment is entirely a personal fault of Reynhard, not his sexual orientation. However, it cannot be denied if journalists are also seen to have a false favor with the people. In this report, it did not mention that CNN Indonesia's online media supported LGBT, but the construction of the coverage carried out showed support for the existence of LGBT in Indonesia. This situation Pascasarjana UIN can be seen from the efforts to modernize, innovation and creativity towards Raden Fatah many things in it.And in between modernization, innovation and creativity Palembamng that made pesantren in an effort to respond to globalization are:1) transformation of the leadership of the pesantren; 2) transformation of pesantren education system; 3) Transformation of an Institution of Pesantren; 4) transformation curriculum of pesantren; and 5) transformation of educational methods at pesantren. He has approached every continent, region, country, and even he has entered every home of the world's population. This is in accordance with the proverb that says, “Like or not globalization was come true”. He has removed geographical boundaries between one country and another. Even the world has become, “The small village”. With regard to the foregoing, Firedman and Kenichi Ohmae in H.A.R. Tilaar said, that globalization has changed the way of life of individuals as well as with the state and society. No one else can come out of the currents of globalization. Everyone there are only two choices that he chose and put himself in the changing tides of globalization, or he drifted by the wave of globalization anonymous (Tilaar, 2006: 143).

Ulama adalah hamba Allah, pemimimpin dan panutan, pengemban amanah Allah, pemelihara kemaslahatan dan kelestaraian hidup manusia. Konotasi ulama diidentikkan sebagai individu yang punya otoritas dan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang ilmu agama. Demikian pula dalam sejarahnya peran ulama tidak hanya berkutat di wilayah agama, akan tetapi lebih dari itu ulama sudah menyentuh dalam semua sendi kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk dalam hal ini politik. Realitas ini menarik untuk dikaji lebih jauh, berkaitan dengan bagaimana keterlibatan ulama dalam politik dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap pilihan masyarakat. Penelitian ini mencoba mengungkap keterlibatan ulama dalam politik, studi terhadap peran ulama dalam kemenangan Idris-Pradi pada Pemilukada kota Depok Tahun 2015 dengan memakai teori otoritas karismatik dan konsep peran. Disamping menggunakan pendekatan teoritis, penelitian ini juga menggunakan tehnik observasi dari beberapa literatur dan data-data yang otentik. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan fakta bahwa ada keterlibatan dan pengaruh ulama dalam pemenangan pasangan Idris dan Pradi pada Pemilukada kota Depok Tahun 2015. Beberapa ulama yang terhimpun dalam Majelis Ulama Indoensia (MUI) melakukan mobilisasi umat untuk memenangkan pasangan Idris dan Pradi di Pemilukada kota Depok Tahun 2015. Disamping itu, Idris sendiri yang berlatar belakang sebagai ulama turut serta mengkristalisasi upaya pemenangan dirinya sebagai Wali Kota.
