The Rotary Club of Sulmaniya along with the Bahrain CSR Society jointly organised an Iftar for orphan children. Around 30 children from Al-Kawther Society for Social Care were taken out for an iftar in a popular shopping mall.

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan BFC distributed food parcels during Iftaar in the vicinity of some of its branches and a few labour accommodations. This activity comes under the umbrella of BFC’s Bob Cares campaign which focuses on community driven CSR activities throughout the year. Over 5000 food parcels were distributed during the Ramadan activity.

As part of its Ramadan Charity Campaign, KG Kids Preschool students saved money in jars that they decorated themselves in order to help the needy members of the society. The amount collected from their “Ramadan Pots” was distributed during the school’s Gergaoon celebration held recently, to three charitable institutions in Bahrain namely: Tarbeia Islamic Society, The Sanabel Orphans Care Society and the Bahrain Philanthrophy Society.
