O R D E R Sri Mohd. Ashraf, Komaram Bheem Asifabad District-504296 has filed a Complaint dated 29-01-2018 which was received by this Commission on 08-02-2018 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / O/o The District Forest Officer, Forest Department, Mancherial, Mancherial District. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 09-10-2017 before the PIO / O/o The District Collector, Mancherial, Mancherial District under Sec. 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, requesting to furnish the information on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. TSIC The Public Information Officer / The District Revenue Officer O/o The Collector, Mancherial, Mancherial District vide letter No. A2/RTI/1561/2017, dated 18-10-2017 has transferred the application u/s 6(3) of the RTI Act to the Public Information Officer / O/o The District Forest Officer, Forest Department, Mancherial, Mancherial District to furnish the desired information/material directly to the complainant under compliance along with acknowledgment of the complainant and the same was informed to the complainant. P.T.O Note: This is system generated copy and no signature is required. ::2:: As the Complainant has not satisfied with the reply from the PIO and did not received information from him even after 30 days of filing his application, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him. The Complaint was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 28-11-2018. The case is called on 28-11-2018. The Complainant is absent. The Public Information Officer / I/c Superintendent submitted that the sought information was called for from the PIOs of the Office of the Forest Divisional Officer, Mancherial, Chennur, Bellampally and Jannaram vide letter Rc. No. 639/2017/D4, dated 31-10-2017. He also submitted that three divisions have given the reply. The Commission directed the Public Information Officer to submit a comprehensive report with regard to the information sought at the next hearing. The case was adjourned to 15-10-2019. The case is called on 15-10-2019. The Complainant is absent. The Public Information Officer-1 / Sri O. Bhagawan Das, Superintendent, O/o The Forest Divisional Officer, Forest Department, Jannaram, Mancherial District is present. The Public Information Officer-1 submitted that the RTI application of the complainant was forwarded to other PIOs and FDOs of Mancherial District vide Rc. No. 639/2017/D4(i), dated 03-11-2017 and they in-turn have furnished the sought information to the complainant. The Public Information Officer-2 submitted that vide F.D.O., Mancherial, Rc. No. 5070/2017-F5(RTI), dated 07-02-2018, F.D.O., Mancherial Rc. No. 1497/2018-F1, dated 20-11-2017 and F.D.O., Mancherial Rc. No. 5070/2017-F5(RTI), dated 22-11-2018 information was furnished to the complainant. TSIC The Public Information Officer-3 submitted that vide letter Rc. No. 3036/2017-F2 dated 28-12-2018, information was furnished to the complainant. The Public Information Officer-4 submitted that vide letter Rc. No. 1181/2017/S2 dated 09-11-2017, part information was furnished to the complainant. The Public Information Officer-5 submitted that vide letter No. 20/2018/Jannaram dated 09-09-2018, letter No. 149/2018/Indanpally dated 09-09-2018 and 149/2018/Tadlapet dated 09-09-2018, information was furnished to the complainant. Since information is furnished, the complaint is closed.
