Innovation FoodCloud works with Falling Fruit Ireland, who harvest the seasonal glut of apples, pears, plums, nuts and other fruit that would otherwise not be picked throughout the Dublin area. To ensure their delicious apples did not go to waste, we partnered with the wonderful team in The Apple Farm in Tipperary, who pressed almost 3,000 kg of apples over the last two years to make FoodCloud’s Cloudy Apple Juice, our first delicious product made from food that would otherwise go to waste.
