Initiatives & Special Activities As Chair of the Community Council and also a County Councillor I have been prominent in attracting European Grants which has visibly transformed the village.

I have led on the development of improving the drainage in Gors Playing Field and helped to establish ‘Ffrindiau y Gors’ in order to improve the condition of the playing field.

I am still working to attract grants to erect a new Memorial Hall which is difficult but we hope to succeed.

I have attended all training which is relevant to my role as a County Councillor.

Other Activities & Issues

I have been of assistance to a number of people in the ward on various issues but mainly, the Treffos Manorial problem which caused concern to so many. This entailed a substantial number of home visits and public meetings. I held an unsuccessful surgery in Menai Bridge but it is obvious that people prefer to phone or call at my home where there is always an open door. I have had personal satisfaction from representing the area and being of assistance.
