Over the years Alexia has built three interlinking areas of expertise, combining both her practical managerial experience and her academic knowledge. These are: • Management & Knowledge Management • Marketing & Customer Knowledge Management • Leadership Development

Her vision is to encourage all her students to become leaders, whether this is a leader in their family, their community, their post at work or their organization. She believes that positive, sustainable change in society can only come from individual change. To serve her life’s Vision, she has founded the initiative “Iris, Art of Joy”, whose activities can be found on her website, at www.artofjoy.gr (the site is available both in English and in Greek).

True to this spirit, her teaching style is highly interactive, challenging students’ critical thinking ability and developing their social and emotional intelligence skills. To avoid increasing the gap between theory and reality, she often invites industry experts to share their experiences during lectures.

Five years ago, Alexia introduced a new course that focuses on soft skills development and Personal Leadership.
