Erin began her career at Omni Architects in 2014 and holds a BA in from UK and Masters in Architecture from where she received the Morris R. Pitman Award. Erin’s relevant experience includes her recent role as Project Architect for the renovation and expansion of the UK Gatton Student Center and the subsequent student center expansion, as well as the Olin Hall Science Building Renovation and Expansion at Centre College.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Advanced Manufacturing Center Expansion Bluegrass Community & Technical College Danville, KY The expansion covers a 13,655 GSF addition that includes high bay training spaces, 2 new classrooms, a computer classroom and collaboration EDUCATION spaces along with restroom and service functions to compliment the existing Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, facility. Project cost of $3.5 Million. University of , 2009 Summa Cum Laude Gatton Student Center Renovation & Expansion Master of Architecture, Rice University, 2014 Lexington, KY Morris R. Pitman Award Renovation of the existing 1938 student center building and 1924 Alumni Gym, and addition of 252,500 SF of new construction. Program includes AFFILIATIONS dining services, a cinema, meeting and conference facilities, common Mentor for the Liberal Arts Academy spaces for collaboration and socialization, offices for administration and at Henry Clay High School, Lexington, student organizations, a Barnes & Noble bookstore, and a gym. Project cost Kentucky, 2015-2016 $201,000,000. 379,000 GSF. Completed in 2018. Kentucky Women in Architecture Harris Ballroom Fit-Up Member 2018-present University of Kentucky Student Center Lexington, KY AWARDS Originally included as part of the renovation of the UK Student Center, the fit-up of the 1938 Harris Ballroom was delayed until additional funds were ADU Competition Winner, 2019 secured, after the completion of the main student center renovation. Omni Architects provided construction documents, project management, and COMMUNITY construction administration services for the fit-up. Size: 17,000 SF; Project INVOLVEMENT cost of $5,500,000. President, Board of Directors at Seedleaf 2020-present Gatton Student Center Expansion, Phase 2 University of Kentucky Member, Board of Directors at Seedleaf Lexington, KY 2017-2019 The expansion of the newly constructed student center was expedited by University of Kentucky Admissions an unprecedented increase in student enrollment and the overall success of Committee Memember 2019-present the Phase 1 renovation and expansion. TEACHING/LECTURES/ Hunter Hall Renovation PUBLICATIONS Kentucky State University University of Kentucky Summer Studio Frankfort, KY Visiting Professor 2017 This project requires architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil UK College fof Design Mentor and structural consulting services for the Renovation of Hunter Hall (a 2019-present former dormitory) on the main campus of the University. The project will include an approximate expansion of 8,750 SF as well as upgrades to the HVAC and other mechanical Governor’s School for the Arts Guest systems, improvements for ADA compliance and accessibility, and bathroom Artist, 2014-Current improvements.
