TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LADY GAGA IN LA PROMOTION
The following terms and conditions apply for the Grant Broadcasters LADY GAGA IN LA promotion. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Grant Broadcasters Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
Participating Stations: Wave FM Wollongong, Power FM Bega, Power FM Muswellbrook, Power FM Nowra, Star 102.7 Cairns, Star 106.3 Townsville, Star 101.9 Mackay, Hitz 93.9 Bundaberg, Power FM Murray Bridget, Magic 89.9 Port Lincoln, Magic 93.1 Riverland, Chilli FM Launceston, Chilli FM Scottsdale, Sea FM Devonport, Sea FM Burnie, 7HOFM Hobart, Hot 100 Darwin, Power FM Ballarat, Hot91.1 Sunshine Coast, KRock Geelong.
1. DURATION st th The active promotion will begin Monday 1 M ay and will finish Friday 26 M ay 2017.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY Listeners will be invited to register online at participating station websites. Contestants will be selected randomly to participate in the on air Radio Gaga game in which 2 contestants will be called to play against each other. The announcer/host will inform contestants of the nominated topic, and contestants will be required to respond with answers until one of them can no longer continue. The winning contestant will be placed in the major prize draw.
A bonus chance to enter will be through stations taking The Campus night show where listeners can enter on-line weeknights between 7pm and 10pm.
3. PRIZE
One Major Prize will be awarded which includes; Total Prize Pool value is approximately $6,000
● Return economy airfares from the winners nearest capital city to Los Angeles.
● 2 tickets to see Lady Gaga live in concert August 8 in California
● 5 nights minimum 3 star accommodation
● $1000 spending money AUD – to be electronically transferred into the winners bank account
Prize contents or description may change at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters, subject to any regulatory authority.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS th ONE winner of the major prize will be randomly drawn from all entrants at 3:00PM AEST on Friday 26 M ay 2017, at 7 Carnaby St, Maroochydore QLD 4558.
5. NOTIFICATION th Prize winner will be displayed on the Lady Gaga in LA feature page of all participating websites after 10am on Monday 29 M ay 2017. The winner will be contacted by phone on Friday 26th May in a phone call which will be recorded for use on air. The Name, City and State of winner will be published in "The Advertiser" on Tuesday 30th May 2017.
6. INDEMNITY All contestants release from, and indemnify GRANT BROADCASTERS against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
7. ENTRY CONDITIONS. Employees and their immediate families of Grant Broadcasters are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. Promotion entrants and major prize winner consent to any photos, online submissions or voice be used in radio or print marketing at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters. Contestants must be aged over 18 years and have a valid passport. Visas, insurance and other travel costs are at the expense of the winner. Grant Broadcasters is no eligible for costs associated due to missed flights or transfers or cancellation of events. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded. Prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash and is only valid for the date of issue.
8. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS. Grant Broadcasters reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
