PANEL OF CHAIRPERSONS In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of rule 13 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the National Assembly, 2007, the following members, in order of precedence, were nominated to form a Panel of Chairpersons for the 22nd Session of the National Assembly:- 1. DR. ABDUL HAFEEZ SHAIKH, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Finance and Revenue to lay before the National Assembly the COVID-19 (Prevention of Left-over Smuggling) Ordinance, 2020 (III of 2020) as required by clause (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. 5. DR. ABDUL HAFEEZ SHAIKH, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Finance and Revenue to lay before the National Assembly the Financial Institutions (Secured Transactions) (Amendment) Left-over Ordinance, 2020 (IV of 2020) as required by clause (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. INTRODUCTION OF BILL 6. DR. ABDUL HAFEEZ SHAIKH, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Finance and Revenue to introduce a Bill to make provisions for the Left-over establishment of Pakistan single window [The Pakistan Single Window Bill, 2020]. MOTION 7. MR. JUNAID AKBAR, Chairman Standing Committee on Planning, Development and Special Initiatives to move that the delay in the presentation of the report of the Standing Committee on the Bill to provide for the Establishment of the China Pakistan Economic Left-over Corridor Authority [The China Pakistan Economic Corridor Authority Bill, 2020], till today be condoned. 3 REPORT OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE-PRESENTATION OF: 8. MR. JUNAID AKBAR, Chairman Standing Committee on Planning, Development and Special Initiatives to present the report of the Standing Committee on the Bill to provide for the Establishment of the China Pakistan Left-over Economic Corridor Authority [The China Pakistan Economic Corridor Authority Bill, 2020.] 9. MALIK MUHAMMAD EHSAN ULLAH TIWANA, Chairman Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs to present the report of the Standing Committee on the Bill further to Left-over amend the United Nations (Security Council) Act, 1948 [The United Nations (Security Council) (Amendment) Bill, 2020.] CALLING ATTENTION NOTICE 10. MR. MUHAMMAD AFZAL KHOKHAR MR. SAAD WASEEM MR. MURTAZA JAVED ABBASI CHOUDHARY FAQIR AHMAD MS. SHAISTA PERVAIZ to invite attention of the Minister-in-Charge of the Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Left-Over Development to a matter of urgent public importance regarding discontinuation of the payment of increase in the pension of EOBI beneficiaries in May, 2020, causing grave concern amongst the public.
