TONIGHT:
- The Islanders have points in 16 of the last 18 games (12-2-4) and are 7-0-1 in their last eight. It is the first time since the 1981-82 season that the Islanders have had two stretches where they earned points in at least eight straight games.

- Ilya Sorokin has won four games straight and has only allowed four goals in his last four games (4-0-0). He recorded two consecutive second shutouts, becoming the first Islander rookie goalie since Chico Resch to record consecutive shutouts. Sorokin’s shutout streak ended at 143:08, the third-largest rookie streak in Islander history.

- Josh Bailey has 11 assists, 7th on the club's all-time assist list (333). His 489 points rank 11th on the Islanders all-time list.
- The Islanders scored five goals in the third period on Feb. 25 vs. Boston. It marked just the third time since the end of the 1990s in which the Islanders scored five or more goals in a period.

- Anders Lee is in his third season as Islanders captain. Since 2013-14, Lee ranks 7th among American-born players in career goals (183) and 2nd among active players in career goals by players drafted in the 6th round.
- Josh Bailey is in his 13th season in the NHL, making him the longest tenured Islander on the roster.
- Brock Nelson is in his eighth season in the NHL. He led the Islanders in goals in both the 2019-20 regular season (26) and post-season (9, tied). Nelson took (1,188) and won (615) more faceoffs than anyone on the Islanders last season and finished above 50% (51.77%) in the face-off dot for the first time in his career.
- Cal Clutterbuck is the NHL’s active leader in career hits (3,209). Clutterbuck, 33, skated in his 800th NHL game on Nov. 2, 2019 becoming the 11th player from his draft class to reach that milestone and just the second player drafted outside the first round.
- Matt Martin became the fifth active player to reach 3,000 career hits. Since making his NHL debut, Martin leads the NHL in hits (3,069).
- Andy Greene is 42 games shy of reaching the 1,000 game milestone. He currently leads all active NHL undrafted players with 958 games played.
- Noah Dobson is the youngest player on the Islanders 23-man roster for the second straight season. He is one of just eight defensemen from the 2018 Draft class to have already made his NHL debut.
