The activities of the EU legislator do not, in fact, take into account all cases in which sexual abuse is directly consumed online, i.e. where child pornography is provided by the child following the establishment of a relationship of trust between predator and victim. Furthermore, uncontrolled use of the internet can facilitate access to content that is not suitable for children, such as websites that glorify practices relating to anorexia and bulimia, including websites that incite suicide and self-harm. In view of this: 1. Will the Commission collect and study data on online paedophilia in order to promote a child- friendly use of the Web? 2.

This Indian-administered region had already suffered a debilitating lockdown since the revocation of its special status in 2019, and the restraints on the rights to movement, access to information, health care, education as well as free speech have been intensified by the Covid-19 pandemic. Arbitrary detentions continue, public assembly is still prohibited under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (CrPC) and hundreds, including minors and several elected legislators of Jammu and Kashmir, remain under preventive detention.     Nautical products in the Single Market under COVID-19 Brussels, April 28th 2020 To the attention of the Commissioner for the Internal Market, Mr. Thierry Breton, Dear Commissioner, The current internal EU border closures are producing widespread negative effects on the nautical sector and on the delivery of its products. The sector employs 280.000 workers across the EU and 95% of its companies are SMEs, supporting local jobs. It is therefore essential that these companies continue to deliver to customers. Maintaining production is capital for the liquidity of manufacturers and all companies along the supply chain, which supports jobs in an industry that is already severely affected by COVID-19. Any negative impact will be particularly felt in coastal and peripheral regions, islands, and along inland waterways where companies from the sector are primarily located. As this sector has a strong seasonal nature, it is essential that it is supported at EU and national level. One of the most severe limitation for nautical companies nowadays concerns the means of delivery of the final products. Several Member States have obliged companies to use lorries for deliveries as a reaction to the COVID-19 outbreak, but it should be noted that recreational boats cannot always be transported by lorry. We therefore urge you to protect the Single Market, the liquidity of its enterprises and jobs by clarifying that delivery of nautical products should be possible by whichever means suitable. This should include delivery of boats directly by sea, lorry, trailer, and collection by the customer, avoiding any excessive measures or additional burden.

On 9 March the President of the European Council stated that the exporting of vaccines outside the Union was the result not only of business decisions made by the producing companies but also of a political strategy put in place by the European institutions to supply countries outside Europe with doses produced within the EU. Can the Commission therefore answer the following questions: 1. Can it confirm the accuracy of the above information? 2.
