Genting Group Gaming Projects The has announced several major Integrated Resort development projects in the US and abroad.

Resorts World Las Vegas, , USA Las Vegas is a planned Asian‐themed resort on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. In March 2013, the group purchased the 87 acre from Boyd Gaming for $350 million and immediately began design work to develop the property. Plans are to commence construction on the site beginning in the latter part of 2014. The project is estimated to cost between $3.5 and $4.0 billion and will feature over 3,000 hotels, 25 restaurants, high end retails shops and a 175,000‐square‐foot casino housing over 2,400 slots and over 250 table games. We anticipate that it will take approximately 24 to 36 months to complete construction. Genting Berhad received a “Preliminary Finding of Suitability” from the Nevada Gaming Commission in May of 2014. Currently the development of is being managed by GENM, GENM has no financial interest in the project at this time.

Mashpee Wampanoag First Light Casino Taunton, Massachusetts, USA Through a wholly owned subsidiary, GENM has entered into a management agreement with the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, located in Southeastern Massachusetts. The resort is to be located in the City of Taunton, Massachusetts, approximately 25 miles south of Boston. Upon completion of the initial phases, the resort will have over 3,000 slots, 150 table games and 600 hotel rooms. Expected project cost is between $500 million and $750 million. GENM will provide some initial financing to the Tribe and Tribe will raise the additional funding through traditional 3rd party financing. The tribe is currently awaiting approval from the Department of Interior to place land into tribal trust. Upon approval, we anticipate commencing construction and expect to open the facility within 18 months of breaking ground. GENM will manage the facility for a period of 7 years from opening.

Resorts World Genting – Fox Theme Park , Malaysia In 2013, GENM commenced construction of the first Fox Studios theme park in the world. The project is being constructed at Resorts World Genting located approximately 1 hour from Kuala Lumper, Malaysia. The 25‐acre park will feature more than 25 rides and attractions based on Fox films such as "," "Rio," " vs. ," "" and "Night at the Museum. The project is expected to cost approximately $300 million and will be complete in 2016.

Resorts World at NEC Birmingham, England GENM is currently constructing Resorts World Birmingham at the National Exposition Center in Birmingham, England. The cost of investment by Genting Casinos is over £150m. The facility will be, located between the LG Arena and the Crowne Plaza Hotel overlooking Pendigo Lake. Large casino license granted by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) in June 2011. The size of the development will be approximately 55,000sqm over seven floors. Resorts World will feature a hotel, spa, casino, banqueting and conference centre, multi‐screen cinema, retail outlet centre, food and beverage outlets and car parking. The planned opening is spring 2015 and the property is expected to create more than 1,100 full time jobs will be created by the development & the equivalent of 1,750 jobs during construction.

Resorts World Korea Jeju Island, South Korea Genting Singapore has partnered with Chinese property developer Landing International Development and will develop a $2.2 billion casino resort in South Korea. This project marks Genting's first foray into South Korea. In addition to the casino, the complex will include luxury hotels, a shopping mall, a theme park and residential facilities. The project is expected to open in 2017.
