Message from the President Welcome to Olympic College! Congratulations on your decision to attend Olympic College. You are joining our community during a time of expansion as we strive to provide an excellent educational experience. This academic year promises to be one to remember with several new facilities and programs to meet your needs. This fall, we will open the College Instruction Center (CIC) at our Bremerton Campus. This 70,000 square-foot facility is the largest funded project in the Washington state community and technical college system. The CIC provides new homes for art, music, theater, film, the Physical Therapist Assistant program, nursing simulation labs, and active learning classrooms. It features a 276-seat venue/classroom for lectures, performances, conferences, and more. In Shelton, we recently opened a 2,600 square-foot Weld Shop. This state-of-the- art facility features 16 welding stations, office space, and storage, allowing OC to increase capacity in this popular program. This fall, we will open a high-quality modular building at our Poulsbo campus providing more space for our programs and partnership with WWU.
