The vehi - Skilling Andhra, cle, which is part of ‘Keen Village - Smart Ward Programme’, was flagged off at Secretariat on March 22. With a budget of Rs 300 crore, this programme is de - on wheels signed to improve the experience and expertise of around 10 lakh individuals across the state in a span of two years. As many as 1000 aptitude advancement focus centres will be set-up very soon. “The Government is planning to roll out 12 more Naipunya Rathams by the end of May 2018, and the first phase of the launch would cover 28 smart villages in 13 districts in collaboration, the CM disclosed.
