In 1967, with the inclusion of services for adults with cerebral palsy, our name was changed to “The Spastics Association of Hong Kong”. The Association was formally incorporated under the Company Ordinance in 1976. We have been taking genuine care of the needs of the Hong Kong society and developing various services for persons with neurological impairment.
