The sole aim of Club Doncaster is to improve the lives of the people in Doncaster and the surrounding areas through leadership in elite sport, sports in general, education, business and entertainment. DONCASTER ROVERS Doncaster Rovers has a rich history that has been built since its foundation in 1879. The club turned professional in 1885, playing home games at the historic Belle Vue, until 2006 when we moved to the Keepmoat Stadium, a ground-breaking £32 million development on the edge of town. DONCASTER RLFC Doncaster Rugby League Football Club is a professional rugby league football club, playing at The Keepmoat Stadium. They have previously been known as Doncaster Dragons (1995–2005) and Doncaster Lakers (2006–2007). They were also previously informally known as The Dons but it is now their official nickname. DONCASTER ROVERS BELLES The most famous name in womens football, Doncaster Rovers Belles, are currently in their fiftieth year. One of the most historical sides in the game has seen several former and current England internationals amongst their ranks, and now within the Club Doncaster family, they will be looking to return to former glories. Club Doncaster Foundation are a non-profit, self funding registered charity that has achieved more than 30 years of inspiring positive change, participation in sport, physical activity and education within the Doncaster Borough and internationally.
